Md. Shamshad lures 12 girls into ‘marriage’, pushes them into prostitution

Bihar Police have arrested a 32-year-old man, Mohammed Shamshad, for ‘marrying’ 12 girls, including minors, and pushing them into prostitution. Shamshad alias ‘Manohar’ is a resident of Anarkali village of the Kochadhaman Police Station area of Kishanganj district.

The accused, who is said to have been preparing for his higher studies, was arrested by the Angarh Police of Purnia district from Koidangi village in the Bahadurganj police station area of Kishanganj district for ‘marrying’ minor girls and selling them off. He used to pretend that he was single when he approached the girls and trapped them.

Angarh SHO Prithvi Paswan said an FIR had been registered against the accused on December 8, 2015 by Mohammad Haseeb, a resident of Bijwar in Purnia district, who stated that on November 27, 2015, Shamshad had kidnapped his minor daughter on the pretext of marrying her. Later, police recovered the abducted minor girl from LRP Chowk in Kishanganj. However, Shamshad had been on the run and kept on dodging police for 6 years, the SHO said.

During interrogation, Shamshad revealed his modus operandi. According to police, the accused had married 12 girls, out of which 8 were minors. Police said Shamshad used to introduce himself as a bachelor to marry innocent girls and later forcibly push him into prostitution.

India Today has reported that all the girls were from the Muslim community. Shamshad confessed that he used to force the girls to get into prostitution in the red light area of Thakurganj in the Kishanganj district. He said he later sold the girls in Bengal for more money. Out of 12 girls, 2 are from the Angarh police station area and 10 others are from the Kishanganj district.

The police are trying to recover all the girls.

उत्तरप्रदेश की राजनीति में आज जिन दो लोकसभा सीटों के परिणामों पर सब लोग टकटकी लगाए बैठे थे, वह पूरी तरह से खलबली मचाने वाले प्रमाणित हुए। आजमगढ़ और आजम के गढ़ अर्थात रामपुर में भारतीय जनता के प्रत्याशी जीते हैं।

सोशल मीडिया पर प्रचारित हो रहा है कि न ही रहा आजमगढ़ और न ही रहा आजम का गढ़! यह चुनाव साधारण चुनाव नहीं थे और न ही यह उपचुनावों जैसे उपचुनाव थे। यह चुनाव समाजवादी पार्टी के अस्तित्व के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण थे एवं साथ ही यह उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण थे।

कहा जा रहा था कि जनता में बुलडोजर की कार्यवाही के प्रति गुस्सा है, एवं जिस प्रकार से नुपुर शर्मा तथा नवीन जिंदल को लेकर पार्टी के भीतर कार्यवाही की गयी थी, उससे भी कहीं न कहीं ऐसा माना जा रहा था कि एक बड़ा वर्ग भारतीय जनता पार्टी से कुपित है और हो सकता है कि वह उसे मत न दे। फिर भी तमाम अनुमानों को धता बताते हुए रामपुर एवं आजमगढ़ दोनों में जिस प्रकार से यह जीत हुई है, वह तमाम राजनीतिक पंडितों को अचरज में डालने वाली है।

आजमखान एवं अखिलेश यादव का आत्मविश्वास

सपा नेता आजमखान एवं समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव को यह पूरा विश्वास था कि समाजवादी पार्टी ही यह दोनों सीटें जीतेगी। परन्तु जिस प्रकार से नुपुर शर्मा प्रकरण को लेकर प्रदेश में हिंसा और आगजनी की गयी थी, उसने कहीं न कहीं हिन्दू मतों को एकजुट कर दिया। आजमगढ़ में तो अखिलेश यादव के चचेरे भाई धर्मेन्द्र यादव समाजवादी पार्टी की ओर से प्रत्याशी थे। तो वहीं रामपुर में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के घनश्याम लोधी ने सपा के असीम राजा को लगभग 42,000 मतों से पराजित किया:

निरहुआ की जीत पर अजित अंजुम ने ट्वीट किया कि

रामपुर में आज़म खान के होते हुए एसपी उम्मीदवार का हारना और बीजेपी का जीतना क्या कहता है ?

इस पर कथित निष्पक्ष पत्रकारों ने अपने अनुसार वही टिप्पणियाँ कीं, जो की जा सकती थीं जैसे निष्पक्ष पत्रकार वसीम अकरम त्यागी ने लिखा कि अब्दुल्ला आजम खान की ट्विटर टाइमलाइन देखनी चाहिए। वहां मतदान के रोज़ की वीडियो हैं, वहां पुलिस ने इतना ख़ौफ बैठाया कि सपा का वोटर मतदान के लिये घर से नही निकल पाया।

कई लोगों ने कहा कि मुस्लिमों ने तो सपा को वोट दिया, परन्तु यादवों ने भाजपा को वोट दिया है।

परन्तु फिर भी यह बात समझ से परे है कि भारत माता को डायन कहने वाले एवं न जाने कितनी जमीन को जबरन कब्जाने वाले आजम खान कथित सेक्युलर पत्रकारों में इतने लोकप्रिय क्यों है कि यह लोग मानकर ही चल रहे थे कि रामपुर और आजमगढ़ दो ऐसे क्षेत्र हैं, जहां से समाजवादी पार्टी कभी हार ही नहीं सकती है।

अपनी जीत को निरहुआ ने जनता की जीत बताते हुए ट्वीट किया कि आजमगढ़वासियों आपने कमाल कर दिया है। यह आपकी जीत है। उपचुनाव की तारीखों की घोषणा के साथ ही जिस तरीके से आप सबने भाजपा को प्यार, समर्थन और आशीर्वाद दिया, यह उसकी जीत है। यह जीत आपके भरोसे और देवतुल्य कार्यकर्ताओं की मेहनत को समर्पित है।

इस पर लोगों ने अजित अंजुम की वर्ष 2019 के चुनावों की क्लिपिंग चलानी आरम्भ कर दी, जिसमें जोशीले निरहुआ का उपहास अजित अंजुम ने उड़ाया था,

इस वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि कैसे अजित अंजुम निरहुआ का उपहास उड़ाते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं। तो वहीं कुछ लोगों ने उनका बहुत पुराना वीडियो साझा करते हुए लिखा कि निरहुआ चले संसंद:

एआईएमआईएम के नेता असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा कि सपा में भाजपा को हराने की क्षमता नहीं

वहीं इन दो प्रतिष्ठित सीटों पर सपा की हार को लेकर एआईएमआईएम के नेता असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने तंज कसा है। बीबीसी के अनुसार  “रामपुर और आज़मगढ़ चुनाव के नतीजे से साफ़ ज़ाहिर होता है कि सपा में भाजपा को हराने की न तो क़ाबिलियत है और ना क़ुव्वत। “मुसलमानों को चाहिए कि वो अब अपना क़ीमती वोट ऐसी निकम्मी पार्टियों पर ज़ाया करने के बजाये अपनी खुद की आज़ाद सियासी पहचान बनाए और अपने मुक़द्दर के फ़ैसले ख़ुद करे।”

इन दोनों ही सीटों पर विजय को योगी आदित्यनाथ ने दूरगामी संदेश देने वाली जीत बताया और लिखा कि “डबल इंजन की भाजपा सरकार की आजमगढ़ व रामपुर में डबल जीत प्रदेश की राजनीति में 2024 के चुनाव के लिए दूरगामी संदेश दे रही है।

लोकसभा चुनावों में उत्तरप्रदेश एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। ऐसे में रामपुर एवं आजमगढ़ दोनों ही ऐसे क्षेत्रों की जीत जो सपा एवं मुस्लिम राजनीति का एक बड़ा केंद्र माना जाता है, वहां पर भारतीय जनता पार्टी की जीत हिन्दुओं के मध्य आई उस जागरूकता को भी बताती है जो बार बार जुम्मे की नमाज के बाद पैदा हुई हिंसा के कारण उत्पन्न हुई है और साथ ही यह भी कहा जा रहा है कि इस बार रामपुर एवं आजमगढ़ के हिन्दुओं ने निर्भय होकर मत दिया है!

यह भी कहा जा सकता है कि अब भारतमाता को डायन कहने वाली राजनीति का दौर समाप्त होने को है!

गुजरात दंगों का प्रकरण एनसीईआरटी की पुस्तक से हटाने पर हंगामा क्यों? क्यों बच्चों को हिन्दू-विरोधी बनाना चाहते हैं, राजनीतिक दल?

एनसीईआरटी से इस वर्ष कई प्रसंगों को हटा दिया गया है। यह अत्यंत हर्ष की बात है कि उन तमाम प्रसंगों को तत्काल के लिए पाठ्यक्रम से हटा दिया गया है। इसे उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा हाल ही में आए निर्णय के साथ देखा जाए तो पता चलेगा कि कैसे सोनिया गांधी द्वारा रचे गए षड्यंत्र के माध्यम से तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के बहाने से पूरे हिन्दू समाज को दोषी ठहराकर हमारी नई पीढ़ी के सम्मुख प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा था।

क्या लिखा था और क्या सच है?

इस सम्बन्ध में कक्षा 12 की राजनीति विज्ञान की पुस्तक के नौवें अध्याय से जो सामग्री हटाई गयी है, उसमें गोधरा काण्ड, जिसमें न्यायालय मात्र निर्णय ही नहीं दे चुका है, बल्कि यह भी प्रमाणित हो चुका है कि कैसे एक षड्यंत्र के अंतर्गत कारसेवा से वापस आ रहे हिन्दुओं को जलाया गया था।

हमारे बच्चों को अब तक अर्थात जो वर्ष 2006 में आरम्भ किया था पढ़ाना, पढ़ाया जा रहा था कि गोधरा में जो ट्रेन के डिब्बे में आग लगी थी, वह दरअसल अपने आप लगी थी। एनसीईआरटी के बहाने एक ऐसा षड्यंत्र रचने की योजना बनाई गयी, जिससे हमारे बच्चे हिन्दू विरोधी राजनीति के एक सबसे बड़े टूल बनकर उभरें जिससे उन्हें कहीं भी सरलता से प्रयोग किया जा सके।

मात्र यही नहीं लिखा था कि ट्रेन की बोगी में आग अपने आप लगी थी, बल्कि यह भी पढ़ाया जा रहा था कि चूंकि यह सोचकर कि आग मुस्लिमों ने लगाई है, हिन्दुओं ने मुस्लिमों को चुन चुन कर मारना आरम्भ कर दिया।

इसमें लिखा था कि

“2002 के फरवरी मार्च में गुजरात में बड़े पैमाने पर हिंसा हुई। गोधरा स्टेशन पर घटी एक घटना इस हिंसा का तात्कालिक उकसावा साबित हुई। अयोध्या से आ रही एक ट्रेन की बोगी कारसेवकों से भरी हुई थी और इसमें आग लग गयी। सत्तावन व्यक्ति इस आग में मर गए। यह संदेह करके कि बोगी में आग मुसलमानों ने लगाई होगी, अगले दिन गुजरात के कई भागों में मुसलमानों के खिलाफ बड़े पैमाने पर हिंसा हुई। हिंसा का यह तांडव लगभग एक महीने तक जारी रहा।”

जबकि यह अध्याय जब लिखा गया होगा, तब जांच चल रही होगी एवं कई लोग हिरासत में भी लिए गए होंगे। परन्तु यह भी सत्य है कि सोनिया गांधी के नेतृत्व वाली यूपीए सरकार में रेल मंत्री रहे लालू प्रसाद यादव ने तो लगभग यह प्रमाणित ही करवा दिया था कि आग दरअसल भीतर से ही लगी थी, कोई भी बाहरी साधन प्रयोग नहीं किया गया था।

जस्टिस यूसी बनर्जी के एक सदस्य वाले आयोग का गठन किया गया, जबकि उस समय राज्य सरकार द्वारा गठित आयोग जांच कर ही रहा था। परन्तु फिर भी मुस्लिम वोटों के लालच में यह कदम उठाया गया था, वह बात दूसरी है कि उसे गुजरात उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा अवैध घोषित कर दिया गया था। फिर भी यह एक ऐसी राजनीतिक दलाली थी, जिसकी कहीं भी अन्यत्र तुलना नहीं है!

फिर भी जब तक जब तक जांच नहीं हुई थी तब तक बच्चों के लिए एक ऐसी घटना के माध्यम से हिन्दुओं के हृदय में विष भरना कहाँ तक उचित था, जो पूरी तरह से मुस्लिम साम्प्रदायिकता का ही परिणाम थी? मीडिया में जाँच जब होने लगी थी, तभी से यह प्रमाणित हो रहा था कि ट्रेन में आग किसने लगाई थी, और किस प्रकार पूरे समुदाय ने ही सहयोग दिया था।

पत्रकार एवं लेखक संदीप देव ने अपनी पुस्तक साज़िश की कहानी, तथ्यों की जुबानी, में बताया था कि कैसे इस षड्यंत्र की रूपरेखा बनाई गयी और एक पीड़िता की कहानी उन्होंने भी बताई है। गायत्री पंचाल के अनुसार 27 फरवरी की सुबह लगभग 8 बजे गाड़ी गोदरा स्टेशन से आगे बढ़ी। गाड़ी में सवार सभी कारसेवक रामधुन गा रहे थे। गाड़ी मुश्किल से 500 मीटर आगे गयी होगी कि अचानक रुक गयी। इससे पहले कि कुछ समझ पाता, पत्री के दोनों ओर से बड़ी संख्या में लोग हाथ में तलवार, गुफ्ती आदि लेकर गाड़ी की ओर भागे आ रहे थे। वे लोग गाड़ी पर पत्थर बरसा रहे थे। गाड़ी के अन्दर मौजूद लोग डर गए और उन्होंने खिड़की दरवाजे बंद कर लिए।

बाहर के लोगों की आवाज स्पष्ट सुनाई दे रही थी। वे लोग कह रहे थे “मारो-मारो” लादेन ना दुश्मनों ने मारो! और फिर भीड़ ने ट्रेन पर हमला कर दिया। हमलावरों ने खिड़की को तोड़ दिया। और बाहर से गाड़ी का दरवाजा बंद कर दिया, ताकि कोई भी बाहर न आ सके। उसके बाद उन्होंने गाड़ी के भीतर पेट्रोल उड़ेल कर आग लगा दी!”

ऐसा नहीं है कि मात्र गायत्री के बयान के आधार पर इतने सारे लोगों को सजा दी गयी होगी। पूरे 253 गवाहों और 1500 दस्तावेजों के आधार पर निर्णय दिया गया था।

निर्णय भी वर्ष 2011 में सुना दिया गया था। फिर ऐसा क्या कारण था कि बच्चों को ऐसा कुछ पढाया जा रहा था जो उनके दिल में हिन्दुओं के प्रति घृणा भर रहा था?

जैसे ही यह समाचार आया कि एनसीईआरटी ने इस वर्ष के लिए गोधरा काण्ड सहित कई और विषयों को हटा दिया है तो कई लोगों ने कहा कि ‘इतिहास तो इतिहास है, इसे पलटा नहीं जा सकता है।’

यह बात सत्य है कि इतिहास को पलटा नहीं जा सकता है, परन्तु यह भी बात सत्य है कि त्यागी साहब, कि कम से कम तथ्यों को सही रूप में प्रस्तुत तो किया जा सकता है? क्या कारण है कि अभी तक वह ही पढाया जा रहा था बच्चों को जो उन्हें उनके ही धर्म के प्रति घृणा से भर रहा था?

वर्ष 2011 में इस काण्ड के आरोपियों को सजा सुनाई गयी थी और यह न्यायालय द्वारा कहा गया था कि वह षड्यंत्र था, कोई हादसा नहीं!” इसके लिए 31 लोगों को सजा सुनाई गई थी। और जब यह स्थापित हो गया था कि ट्रेन को जलाया जाना एक षड्यंत्र था, जिसे भारत की न्यायपालिका ने माना तो एनसीईआरटी में बच्चों को अब तक यह कैसे पढ़ाया जा रहा था कि ट्रेन में आग “लग गयी थी!”

साबरमती एक्सप्रेस का वह डिब्बा अपने आप नहीं जला था, परन्तु फिर भी राजनीतिक हथकंडों के लिए एवं पार्टी विशेष के साथ साथ हिन्दुओं के प्रति द्वेष प्रदर्शित करने के लिए यह बताया गया कि आग अपने आप लगी थी!

भारतीय जनता पार्टी को राजनीतिक रूप से नीचा दिखाने के लिए हिन्दुओं को उस कृत्य के लिए दोषी ठहराया जा रहा था, जिसमें वही पीड़ित थे!

और अब जिस झूठ को अब तक आधिकारिक रूप से पढ़ाया जा रहा था, उसे ही अब उच्चतम न्यायालय ने जैसे अस्वीकृत कर दिया है और यह कहा है कि उन दंगों में सरकार की कोई भूमिका नहीं थी। साबरमती का झूठ भी न्यायालय ने खारिज कर दिया था, फिर क्या कारण है कि बच्चों को दंगों की कहानी को इस प्रकार बताया जाए कि जो पीड़ित है, वह अपराधी प्रमाणित हो जाए और जिसने पहले अपराध किया, वह निर्दोष एवं पीड़ित होकर हिन्दुओं के बच्चों के सामने आए?

हिन्दुओं के बच्चों को उनके ही अस्तित्व के प्रति यह विष क्यों पिलाया जा रहा था, क्या यह पूछा नहीं जाना चाहिए? और जो लोग यह कह रहे हैं कि इतिहास तो इतिहास है, इसे पलटा नहीं जा सकता तो वह यह भी बताएं कि क्या इतिहास के नाम पर झूठ पढ़ाया जाना चाहिए?

गुजरात दंगे – 20 वर्षो के बाद अंततः प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को मिला न्याय, वामपंथी और इस्लामिक इकोसिस्टम का षड़यंत्र हुआ ध्वस्त

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने 2002 के गुजरात दंगा विषय में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और 63 अन्य लोगों को विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) द्वारा क्लीन चिट दिए जाने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। इसी के साथ इस हिंसा के लिए तत्कालीन गुजरात पर दोषारोपण करने के दो दशक लम्बे षड्यंत्र का भी पटाक्षेप हो गया है। यह याचिका गुजरात दंगों में मारे गए कांग्रेस सांसद एहसान जाफरी की पत्नी जकिया जाफरी ने दायर की थी। याचिका में शीर्ष अदालत की तरफ से नियुक्त विशेष जांच दल की ओर से 2002 के गुजरात दंगा मामले में मोदी और 63 अन्य अन्य लोगों को क्लीन चिट दिए जाने को चुनौती दी गई थी।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में क्या कहा?

न्यायमूर्ति दिनेश माहेश्वरी, न्यायमूर्ति सी. टी. रविकुमार, और न्यायमूर्ति ए. एम. खानविलकर की पीठ ने मामले को दोबारा शुरू करने के सभी रास्ते बंद कर दिए हैं। पीठ ने कहा कि जांच के दौरान एकत्रित की गई सामग्री और साक्ष्यों से मुसलमानों के विरुद्ध सामूहिक हिंसा भड़काने के लिए सर्वोच्च स्तर पर आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचने संबंधी कोई संदेह उत्पन्न नहीं होता है। पीठ ने कहा कि जकिया जाफरी की याचिका सुनवाई के योग्य नहीं है, और किसी गुप्त उद्देश्य के लिए मामले को जारी रखा गया है, ऐसे लोगो को कटघरे में खड़ा कर उन पर कानूनी कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए, जो कानून का ऐसे दुरूपयोग करते हैं।

न्यायालय ने 2002 गुजरात दंगा मामले में एसआईटी द्वारा पूर्व में नरेंद्र मोदी को दी गई क्‍लीन चिट को यथास्तिति रखा है। न्यायलय ने एसआईटी कि कार्यशैली कि भूरी भूरी प्रशसा की और कहा कि राज्य प्रशासन के कुछ अधिकारियों की लापरवाही का मतलब यह नहीं कि यह राज्य प्रशासन का षड़यंत्र था। न्यायलय ने मोदी और अन्‍य अधिकारीयों को फंसाने के लिए झूठी गवाही देने वाले आईपीएस अधिकारियों- आरबी श्रीकुमार और संजीव भट्ट को भी जमकर फटकार लगाई, और यह कहा कि उन लोगो ने मिथ्या प्रचार किया कि वह उस गोष्ठी में थे जहाँ कथित रूप से नरेंद्र मोदी ने हिंसा फ़ैलाने के आदेश दिए।

न्यायालय ने कड़े शब्दों में कहा कि “हमें ऐसा लगता है कि गुजरात सरकार के असंतुष्ट अधिकारियों के साथ-साथ अन्य लोगों का एक साझा प्रयास इस तरह के खुलासे करके सनसनी पैदा करना था, जबकि उनकी जानकारी झूठ पर आधारित थी।” न्यायालय ने अपना निर्णय 452 पन्‍नों में सुनाया, और एक तरह से इतने वर्षो से चले आ रहे वामपंथी और इस्लामिक तत्वों के मिथ्या प्रचार को नष्ट कर दिया है। इन तत्वों का एक ही लक्ष्य था, येन केन प्रकारेण नरेंद्र मोदी और अन्य को लक्षित हिंसा का दोषी ठहराया जाए और दुनिया भर में हिन्दुओ कि छवि को नुकसान पहुंचाया जाए।

क्या था यह मामला?

कांग्रेस के पूर्व सांसद एहसान जाफरी (जकिया जाफरी के शौहर) 28 फरवरी, 2002 को अहमदाबाद की गुलबर्ग सोसाइटी में मारे गए 68 लोगों में सम्मिलित थे। एक दिन पहले गोधरा में साबरमती एक्सप्रेस के एक डिब्बे में आग लगा दी गई थी, जिसमें 59 हिन्दू मारे गए थे। इसके बाद गुजरात में बड़े पैमाने पर दंगे भड़क गए थे, जिनमे 1,044 लोग मारे गए थे, जिसमें से अधिकतर मुसलमान थे। केंद्र सरकार ने मई 2005 में राज्यसभा को बताया कि गोधरा कांड के बाद के दंगों में 254 हिंदू और 790 मुस्लिम मारे गए थे।

ऐसा बताया गया था कि एहसान जाफरी ने दंगाइयों पर गोली चलाई, जिससे स्थिति बिगड़ गयी और उन पर हमला कर दिया गया। वामपंथी और इस्लामिक पत्रकारों ने यह बताया कि एहसान जाफरी ने सरकार से सहायता मांगी, लेकिन सरकार ने उनका साथ नहीं दिया। हालाँकि ऐसे कोई साक्ष्य न्यायालय को नहीं दिए गए , और यह तत्कालीन सरकार को मुस्लिम विरोधी बताने के लिए एक कदम था।

‘वामपंथी और इस्लामिक इकोसिस्टम’ को लगा बहुत बड़ा झटका

उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्णय बाद भाजपा के नेता रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कहा कि दरअसल नरेंद्र मोदी के विरुद्ध दुष्प्रचार किया गया और उस काम में वामपंथी, लिबरल और कांग्रेस सब सम्मिलित थे। आप खुद समझ कांग्रेस के मानसिक दिवालियेपन को समझ सकते हैं जिस कमेटी का गठन उन्होंने किया था उसकी जांच रिपोर्ट पर उन्हें भरोसा नहीं हुआ, देश के उच्चतम न्यायालय पर उन्हें भरोसा नहीं हुआ।

यह स्पष्ट हो रहा है कि कांग्रेस, वामपंथी-इस्लामिक इकोसिस्टम के अतिरिक्त सरकारी कर्मचारी जैसे संजीव भट्ट, एनजीओ चलाने वाली तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ और कथित पत्रकार और लेखक राणा अय्यूब, मीडिया चैनल्स, राजदीप सरदेसाई और बरखा दत्त जैसे पत्रकार, कारवां और ऑल्ट न्यूज़ जैसे पोर्टल ने मिलकर एक छद्म प्रचार चलाया, और झूठी कहानियां गढ़ कर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की छवि पर दाग लगाने का कुत्सित प्रयास किया। उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्णय से इस इकोसिस्टम को बहुत बड़ा झटका लगा है, और संभव है इन सब पर विधिक कार्यवाही जल्दी ही होगी।

कुछ मिथ्याप्रचार जो बाद में झूठ निकले

वामपंथी और इस्लामिक इकोसिस्टम ने कुछ अत्यंत ही झूठे प्रचार किये, जिससे हिन्दुओ को दोषी साबित किया जाए, और तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद मोदी पर आरोप लगाया जाए । लेकिन सौभाग्य की बात है यह सारे प्रचार झूठे निकले

  • साबरमती एक्सप्रेस में एक स्टोव फटने से आग लगी थी, और इसमें मुसलमानो का कोई दोष नहीं था।
  • ट्रैन में एक शार्ट सर्किट होने से आग लगी
  • अयोध्या से वापस आ रहे कारसेवकों ने एक मुस्लिम लड़की के साथ अभद्रता की, जिसके बाद हिन्दू मुसलमानों के बीच हिंसा हुई और ट्रैन में आग लगाई गयी।
  • गर्भवती कौसर बानो की हत्या हिन्दुओं ने की, उससे पहले उसका पेट काट कर बच्चा बाहर निकाल लिया था।
  • पुलिस अधिकारी संजीव भट्ट ने कहा था कि मुख्यमंत्री मोदी ने स्वयं दंगे भड़काने के आदेश दिए थे।

हालांकि साक्ष्यों की जांच के बाद यह सभी आरोप झूठे निकले, और न्यायालय ने अपने निर्णय में भी इन सभी मिथ्याप्रचार के बारे में कहा है, और इन सभी पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करने का निर्देश दिया है।

तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ और पूर्व आईपीएस आरबी श्रीकुमार गिरफ्तार

मुंबई में कथित मानवाधिकार कार्यकर्ता तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ को गुजरात क्राइम ब्रांच ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की टिप्पणी के बाद एटीएस ने तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ को हिरासत में लिया था और फिर बाद में गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। तीस्ता के अलावा पूर्व आईपीएस आरबी श्रीकुमार भी गिफ्तार हुए हैं। मुंबई के सांताक्रूज थाने में तीस्ता सीतलवाड़ को रखा गया है।

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने सीतलवाड़ की और जांच की आवश्यकता बताई थी। कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपनी टिप्पणी में कहा था कि गुजरात मुख्यमंत्री के विरुद्ध छद्म प्रचार करने वालो पर भी न्यायायिक कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए।

Hindus under attack: a weekly roundup of hate crimes, persecution, and discrimination against Hindus

Attacks on Hindus and Hindu Dharma, both in Bharat and overseas, are frequent and unrelenting. In many regions of the world, this persecution is like a genocide slowly unfolding before our eyes. For decades, the true depth and breadth of these attacks, driven by disturbing anti-Hindu bigotry, have been ignored by the world. From murders, forced conversions, land grabs, assault on festivals, desecration of temples and murtis, hate speech, and sexual violence to institutionalized & legal discrimination, Hindus are facing an increasing assault on their very existence along with an unprecedented Hindu hatred.

In this weekly summary for the period from 19 June to 25 June 2022, we hope to provide a snapshot of such crimes and hopefully awaken more people around the world to this human rights crisis:

Bharat

1) Five people have been booked for forcibly converting an orphan into Islam and performing circumcision in Uttar Pradesh. The 9-year-old boy was physically assaulted, abused, and sold to a Muslim couple who converted him.

2) A newly married woman was abducted in Uttar Pradesh’s (UP) Meerut by two Muslims who attempted to forcibly convert her to Islam. As per reports, the woman was abducted from the Partapur Bazaar by Asif and his brother-in-law Dilshad. The duo kept her for two days at a Bulandshahr Masjid where they attempted to convert her forcibly.

3) A 40-year-old man was lynched to death for protecting his two teenage daughters from sexual harassment by some men in their locality. The victim, a small-time farmer, succumbed to his injuries after three days of treatment. According to reports, the incident took place at Madhavpur village in Pilibhit district on June 16.

4) Three Muslims have been arrested for assaulting a 26-year-old Hindu man identified as Sriram for reportedly putting up a status supporting former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. An official of the MIDC police station in Solapur confirmed the arrest. Narendra Sriram, the complainant, changed his WhatsApp status message on June 11 to support Sharma whose comment about Muhammad had kicked up a huge row, the official said.

5) A married Hindu woman’s maternal uncle has been lynched to death by her stalker Mohammed Ajlam Nadaf in the Darbhanga district of Bihar. Two other relatives of the woman – another uncle and a brother – were seriously injured in the attack by Nadaf and his family.

6) Kerala police disgraced and transferred Biju Prakash, the station house officer (SHO) attached to the Mayyil police station in Kannur after he appealed to the local masjid committee to ensure communal harmony. He is the latest victim to feel the brunt of naked Muslim appeasement that the communist regime has unleashed on Hindus.

7) Islamist cleric Hamid Engineer has openly threatened Nupur Sharma saying she signed her suicide note by ‘insulting’ Muhammad. He also said that Kamlesh Tiwari was killed after five years.

8) A Hindu woman hailing from Muzaffarnagar was abducted by her acquaintance Ayan who attempted to convert her to Islam in Meerut. The police have recovered the woman.

9) Baba Biryani House owner Mukhtar Baba has been arrested for funding and instigating the Kanpur violence. As per reports, he instigated the violence to ‘save’ his building that had been illegally constructed on the land belonging to the Ram Janaki Temple.

Pakistan

Abduction, rape, forced conversion, and marriage of minor Hindu girls are common occurrences in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. At least 1000 minority girls suffer such sex slavery every year in Sindh province alone. Apart from this, Pakistani Hindus face systemic and institutionalized discrimination and neglect, such as frequent attacks on Hindu temples, demonization of education curriculum, police and judicial antipathy, denial of fundamental rights, and even untouchability.

1) A newborn was beheaded and the head was left inside the Hindu woman’s womb thereby putting her life in jeopardy. The horrifying incident took place on Sunday, June 19 at the Rural Hospital Chachro in Pakistan’s Sindh province. The 32-year-old Hindu woman has been identified as Dharma Bheel’s wife Maluka.

Bangladesh

Attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh are relentless and designed to gradually cleanse the religious minority from the country. As per a study by Prof. Abul Barakat of Dhaka University, there will be no Hindus left in Bangladesh by 2050 due to systemic and institutionalized persecution. Temple desecration, land grabbing, mob attacks after false blasphemy charges, rape/forced conversion of women, and hate speech are some of the tools used to intimidate and drive Hindus out.

1) Mufti said he wants to ‘marry’ Maa Durga, an Islamist politician denigrated Vedas and a mob burned down Hindu homes amid massive anti-Bharat protests.

2) Hindus were attacked by Mohammad Alamgir, Azizul Huq, Sahazahan, and others on June 18 (Tweet archived)

2) College teacher Swapan Kumar Biswas and student Rahul were accused based on fake information and charged with blasphemy (Tweet archived).

World

1) The Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), an affiliate of the terror outfit Islamic State, has released a video threatening attacks in Bharat targeting Hindus in connection with former BJP spokespersons Nupur Sharma’s alleged blasphemous remarks against Muhammad.

Most hate crimes are driven by anti-Hindu bigotry encoded in certain religious teachings and political ideologies. While the anti-Hindu hate in Islamic countries is obvious, there is another subtler form of anti-Hindu sentiment within institutions and the public sphere of ostensibly secular states (like India) that provides an enabling environment for Hinduphobia and hate crimes. This subtle, everyday discrimination can be missed unless one studies prevailing laws and patterns. The gradual ban on firecrackers during Diwali is a good example – it might seem pollution-related on the surface, but the double standards at play become clear when one looks at the larger picture of restrictions on Hindu festivals, and the lack of sound reasoning behind the ban.

अमेरिका – गर्भपात की अनुमति का अधिकार (सुप्रीम कोर्ट) उच्चतम न्यायालय ने किया समाप्त, ईसाइयों की एक बड़ी जीत!

अमेरिका में उच्चतम न्यायालय ने एक बहुत ही स्तब्ध करने वाला निर्णय देते हुए गर्भपात के उस अधिकार को समाप्त कर दिया है, जो उसने ही वर्ष 1973 में “रो वर्सेस (बनाम) वेड” निर्णय के माध्यम से दिया था। अमेरिका में एकदम से ही गर्भपात के क्लीनिक इस निर्णय के बाद बंद होने आरम्भ हो गए। उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कहा कि गर्भपात को लेकर कानूनी अधिकार का निर्धारण अब राज्य अपने अनुसार कर सकते हैं।

परन्तु बीबीसी के अनुसार 13 राज्य पहले ही ऐसे क़ानून पारित कर चुके हैं, जो गर्भपात को अवैध बताते हैं। और यह सभी क़ानून अमेरिका के उच्चतम न्यायालय के इस निर्णय के बाद लागू हो जाएंगे।

बीबीसी के अनुसार

  • “केंटकी, लुइज़ियाना, अर्कांसस, साउथ डकोटा, मिज़ूरी, ओकलाहोमा और अलाबामा में ये नया क़ानून पहले ही लागू हो चुका है
  • मिसिसिपी और नॉर्थ डकोटा में प्रतिबंध वहां के अटॉर्नी जनरल की मंज़ूरी मिलने के साथ ही लागू हो जाएंगे
  • इडाहो, टेनेसी और टेक्सस में अगले 30 दिनों में ये प्रतिबंध लागू हो जाएंगे”

अमेरिका में यह निर्णय आते ही हडकंप मच गया है और जैसे ही उच्चतम न्यायालय ने निर्णय दिया, वैसे ही कई क्लीनिकों में रोगियों के लिए दरवाजे बंद होने लगे और कर्मी महिलाओं को यह बताने के लिए कॉल करने लगे कि न्यायालय ने क्या निर्णय दिया है और अब गर्भपात नहीं किया जा सकता है।

बीबीसी ने एक हेल्थकेयर आर्गेनाइजेशन प्लांटेड पेरेंटहुड की ओर जारी किए गए आंकड़ों के अनुसार कहा कि लगभग  36 मिलियन (3।6 करोड़) महिलाओं से उनके राज्य में गर्भपात का अधिकार छिन जाएगा।

इस निर्णय पर जहाँ गर्भपात विरोधी कार्यकर्त्ता प्रसन्नता व्यक्त कर रहे हैं, तो वहीं बड़ी संख्या में इस निर्णय का विरोध भी हो रहा है।

पूर्व राष्ट्रपति बराक ओबामा ने ट्वीट करते हुए कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पचास वर्ष पीछे ही कदम नहीं बढ़ाया है, बल्कि इसने करोड़ों अमेरिकियों कीस्वतंत्रता पर भी प्रहार किया है!

वहीं राष्ट्रपति जो बिडेन ने इसे न्यायालय और देश के लिए काला दिन बताया, और कहा कि इस निर्णय के कारण अमेरिकी महिलाओं का जीवन और स्वास्थ्य खतरे में आ गया है।

इस निर्णय का विरोध करते हुए हाउस ऑफ रेप्रेज़ेनटेटिव की डेमोक्रेटिक स्पीकर नैंसी पेलोसी ने कहा कि “रिपब्लिकन पार्टी के नियंत्रण में आकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ऐसे निर्णय ले रहा है, जो महिलाओं के प्रजनन स्वास्थ्य निर्णयों के अधिकारों को छीन रहा है। आज महिलाओं के पास पहले से बहुत कम अधिकार हैं, और यह जो निर्णय है वह स्तब्ध कर देने वाला है, परन्तु कोई गलती न करे, महिलाओं और सभी अमेरिकी नागरिकों के अधिकार इस नवम्बर बैलेट में हैं!”

क्या था रो वर्सेस वेड का निर्णय

रो वर्सेस वेड का निर्णय अंतत: था क्या? यह निर्णय मैककॉर्वी नाम की महिला की याचिका पर आया था। वह जब तीसरी बार गर्भवती हुई थी, चूंकि उनके दो बच्चे पहले से ही थे तो उन्होंने गर्भपात का मार्ग चुना। परन्तु वह टेक्सास में रहती थीं, जहाँ पर गर्भपात प्रतिबंधित था। जब तक माँ के स्वास्थ्य को खतरा न हो, किसी भी प्रकार से गर्भपात नहीं कराया जा सकता था।

हालांकि उस समय उनका गर्भपात नहीं हो सका था, परन्तु बाद में दो वर्ष उपरान्त वर्ष 1973 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह निर्णय दिया था कि गर्भ का क्या करना है, यह निर्धारित करना महिला का अधिकार है।

इस निर्णय के अनुसार पहली तिमाही में महिला गर्भपात करा सकती है परन्तु दूसरी तिमाही में कुछ प्रतिबन्ध हैं, जिनके बाद ही गर्भपात का अधिकार है तो वहीं तीसरी तिमाही में पूर्णतया प्रतिबंधित है। और अब गर्भपात का अधिकार सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस निर्णय के उपरांत पूरी तरह से समाप्त हो गया है।

इसे लेकर अब सड़कों पर विरोध आरम्भ हो गया है। प्लांटेड पेरेंटहुड के अध्यक्ष एवं सीईओ ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस निर्णय पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि हम न ही वापस जाएंगे और न ही झुकेंगे!

कई लोगों को इस निर्णय का विरोध करने के कारण गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है!

ईसाइयों की भूमिका पर पश्चिम का मीडिया मौन क्यों है?

इस निर्णय का स्वागत कट्टरपंथी ईसाई लोग कर रहे हैं। और यह अत्यंत मजेदार बात है कि बीबीसी जैसा मुख्यधारा का मीडिया भी इस पर बात नहीं कर रहा है कि अंतत: इस निर्णय के पीछे जो कारण है वह क्या है? क्या रिलीजियस पहलू है इन सबके पीछे या फिर और कुछ? और रिलीजियस बॉडीज ने अंतत: इस निर्णय का स्वागत किया है या नहीं?

जो मीडिया दिखा रहा है वह भी रिपब्लिकन या डेमोक्रेटिक बहस दिखा रहा है, वह कतई भी यह नहीं दिखा रहा है कि दरअसल मामला ईसाई रिलीजियस बॉडीज द्वारा किए जा रहे विरोध का है। अमेरिका में गर्भपात के विरोध में जो आन्दोलन हो रहे थे, वह ईसाई रिलीजियस बॉडीज द्वारा किये जा रहे हैं, और जो न्यायालय ने अभी निर्णय दिया है, उसका स्वागत भी फेथ लीडर्स ने किया है।

https://www.sltrib.com के अनुसार उटा के चर्च ऑफ जीसस क्राइस्ट ऑफ लैटर डे सेंटस ने गर्भपात पर अपना मत दोहराते हुए कहा कि गर्भपात पर उनके दृष्टिकोण में कोई भी परिवर्तन नहीं आया है।

कैथोलिक ड़ोससे ऑफ़ साल्ट लेक सिटी ने निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि वह न्यायालय के निर्णय के प्रति कृतज्ञ हैं, परन्तु वह गर्भवस्था से पहले, उसके दौरान और उसके बाद महिलाओं को समर्थन देने में समुदाय की भूमिका को भी मानते हैं।

रोमन कैथोलिक चर्च के अनुसार गर्भपात एक हत्या ही है और उनके अनुसार जीवन उसी समय से आरम्भ हो जाता है जब गर्भ धारण किया जाता है और अपनी प्राकृतिक मृत्यु के साथ समाप्त होता है। वहीं वेटिकन की एकेडमी फॉर लाइफ ने गर्भपात पर शुक्रवार आए को अमेरिका के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णय का स्वागत किया है और कहा है कि एक लोकतांत्रिक देश ने इतने बड़े विषय पर निर्णय बदला है, यह पूरे संसार को चुनौती भी देता है।

pbs जैसे पोर्टल्स भी संतुलित होकर रिपोर्टिंग कर रहे हैं। उनके अनुसार शुक्रवार को आए इस निर्णय का समर्थन मुख्य कैथोलिक बिशप कर रहे हैं, तो वहीं कुछ इसका विरोध भी कर रहे हैं!

फिर भी मीडिया का इस दृष्टिकोण से रिपोर्टिंग न करना अत्यंत हैरानी में भरता है क्योंकि यदि ऐसा कोई निर्णय भारत में आता और यदि किसी हिन्दू धर्म के किसी धर्म गुरु ने निर्णय का स्वागत किया होता, तो अभी तक हिन्दू धर्म को पिछड़ा घोषित कर दिया जाता एवं मूल विषय कहीं नेपथ्य में चला जाता तो वहीं हिन्दू धर्म की बुराई ही मुख्य रह जाता।

परन्तु वह इस विषय में वेटिकन की प्रशंसा भी मीडिया में स्थान नहीं बना पा रही है और इसे रिपब्लिकन और डेमोक्रेटिक ही बनाया जा रहा है!

HinduPACT calls on US Congress to reject Ilhan Omar’s Hinduphobic resolution

HinduPACT has called on Republicans and Democrats in the US Congress (parliament) to reject Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN)’s recently introduced resolution which unfairly and dishonestly condemns Bharat’s human rights record and alleges “violations of international religious freedom.”

“With House Resolution 1196, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is clearly taking talking points from Jamaat-e-Islami and Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups, which is extremely troubling to see from an elected official who has sworn an oath of loyalty to the United States Constitution,” said HinduPACT Executive Director Utsav Chakrabarti.

Ilhan Omar is a politically controversial Democratic Congresswoman from Minnesota, who has been called out internationally in the past for her anti-Semitic remarks. This is not the first time – nor will it be the last time – she shows her anti-Hindu and anti-Indian bias while revealing her ties to Pakistan. In April, Omar visited Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoK) following a photo op with former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

That same month, the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) released a biased report which HinduPACT pointed out was outsourced to Islamist groups. Omar heavily references this biased report in her malicious resolution.

HinduPACT Executive Director Utsav Chakrabarti noted in April that this year’s USCIRF report followed “a pattern of reports that have appeared in previous years. Based on publicly available information on topics like Citizen’s Amendment Act (CAA) and Kashmir, the USCIRF report is a ‘copy-and-paste’ of talking points peddled by an agglomeration of Islamist groups working with radical Islamist-linked group “Justice for All”, on whose platform USCIRF commissioners are known to appear regularly.”

Ajay Shah, President of World Hindu Council of America (VHPA) and Convenor of HinduPACT said, “It would be easy to dismiss Rep. Omar’s HR 1196 as being borne out of ignorance or political pandering. However, even to a casual observer of the geopolitical situation in the Indian subcontinent, it is clear that this resolution has much deeper sinister motives.”  

He further stated, “Ms. Omar has taken her ideological cues from the US hating Pakistani regime of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan. It raises questions as to whether Rep. Omar was coached by Imran Khan? We demand she cut ties with him.”

26/11 attacks’ handler, once claimed to be dead, arrested in Pak

Years after denying his presence and even claiming he was dead, Pakistan has reportedly arrested Sajid Mir, a top Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operative and the main handler of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Mir, involved in the November 2008 siege — when a team of 10 men carried out coordinated attacks on multiple targets in Mumbai, has been sought by both the US and Bharat for over a decade. As many as 170 people of various nationalities — including six Americans were killed in the terror attack.

The case appears to have been brought to a head by Pakistan’s desire to extricate itself from the Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) international terror-financing watchlist, Nikkei Asia reported. The international watchdog has been keeping Pakistan on its ‘Grey List’, used to monitor and isolate non-compliant countries, since 2018. The Grey List countries are those identified with strategic deficiencies in their regimes to counter money laundering, terror financing and proliferation financing, but which have formally committed to working with the task force to make changes under increased monitoring.

At its June 2022 plenary held in Germany, the FATF made the initial determination that Pakistan has ‘substantially completed’ its two action plans, covering 34 items, and warrants an on-site visit to verify that the implementation of Pakistan’s AML (anti-money laundering) and CFT (combatting the financing of terrorism) reforms has begun and is being sustained. FATF added that Pakistan’s “continued political commitment to combating both terror financing & money laundering has led to significant progress”.

FATF had announced that Pakistan could be removed from the Grey List after the on-site inspection, which would be conducted before October.

Hammad Azhar, Pakistan’s former finance minister in the recently ousted government of Prime Minister Imran Khan, and the man in charge of negotiations with the multilateral watchdog for the past three years, told the media outlet that Pakistan took measures against Mir and other designated terrorists that were “satisfactory” to the FATF.

Apart from being the ‘project manager’ of the 26/11 carnage, Mir is also the brain behind the Denmark bombing operation codenamed ‘Micky Mouse’, referring to the outrage over publishing of cartoons of Islam’s Prophet in the Danish newspaper Jyllands Posten. In 2007, a French court convicted a French national Willie Brigitte for planning terrorist attacks in Australia in 2003 in conjunction with Mir.

A dossier on Mir reveals his connections with the Pakistani deep state, his indoctrination by LeT and how he grew to become the commander-in-charge for western jihadists.

Mir hails from a middle-class ethnic Punjabi family. His father Abdul Majid was a partition refugee who set up a small textiles business in Lahore for a living. His wife was the daughter of a retired Pakistani army officer. Sajid’s indoctrination into the world of hate thus began at home and it was polished by the training at Lashkar-e-Taiba camps where he grew in the ranks and became their commander-in-charge for training of western jihadists. 

With a clear strategy to maximise the global footprint of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Mir started scouting for assets that could be used abroad. Brigitte from France, David Headley from the US and Faheem Lodhi from Australia were the discoveries of Mir. Brigitte, in his interrogation, had described Mir as “Uncle Bill” who was fluent in Arabic, Urdu and English. 

Mir had undergone training by Ilyas Kashmiri, an Al Qaeda-linked terrorist commander handled by the ISI, who was reportedly killed in a US drone strike in 2011. To give his activities an element of deniability, Mir had set up a restaurant in Bangkok and a textile business in Bangladesh as fronts for his terror activities. To ensure constant oversight for his plans, he leveraged the already existing Lashkar-e-Taiba network of Abdul Rehman Hashim alias Pasha, another member of the Ilyas Kashmiri camp, in Nepal and Bangladesh. Sources said Major Abdul Rahman, an officer of the sixth battalion of the Baloch regiment, had set up his own “Karachi Project“ in Nepal where he trained Muslim youth for bomb-making and infiltration into Bharat through the porous Bharat- Nepal border.

In 2005, both Mir and Pasha found an opportunity to scout for targets in Bharat and they subsequently sent David Headley to do the recce. Headley, with an American passport and looks, was easier to slip through without being detected by the immigration officials. It was the reconnaissance footage and maps provided by Headley that Mir used to plot and guide the ten Pakistani youth who carried out the gruesome 26/11 attacks.

Pakistan’s tango with the West

The Pakistan state has a long history of sponsoring and nurturing Islamic terrorists like Mir, Kashmiri, Hafiz Saeed, Maulana Masood Azhar etc. Its powerful Army considers these jihadis as an extended arm to carry out proxy war against Bharat and other nations like Afghanistan. Whenever international pressure increases on Pakistan, it takes some cosmetic action against these terrorists like placing them in house arrest or judicial custody, but things soon revert to type.

The international community, i.e. the West, knows this. As long as the Pakistani terror factories were only bleeding Bharat and helping US wage its war against the USSR occupation of Afghanistan, they not only turned a blind eye but kept funding and arming the Pakistani state. It was only when Afghanistan and the tribal areas of Pakistan turned into a safe haven for Al Qaeda and jihadis closed ranks to strike US on 9/11, did the West start asking some questions of the Pakistani state. But till today, the US considers Pakistan a major ally and defense partner. This is a continuation of the colonial-era British strategy of favoring Muslims (fellow Abrahamics) over ‘heathen’ Hindus, and the role played by British Army in allowing Pakistani marauders to capture PoJK after partition.

This buzz around potential removal of Pakistan from the FATF Grey List should be seen as a snub to Bharat, for its reluctance to toe the Western line in the Ukraine-Russia conflict. For the West, its moral posturing notwithstanding, the only thing that matters is it core civilizational interests and hard power. Bharat’s policy makers (not shills of USA masquerading as analysts in Lutyens’ Delhi) would do well to keep that in mind.

Big win for Christians in US as right to abortion overturned

Abortion clinics across the US have begun to shut after US the Supreme Court overturned its 50-year-old Roe v. Wade decision which granted women constitutional right to abortion. In the wake of the 5-4 order on Friday, about half of states are expected to introduce new restrictions or bans, out of which 13 have outlawed abortion effective immediately, reports the BBC.

Trigger laws, which allow an instant ban, have already been applied in Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, South Dakota, Missouri, Oklahoma and Alabama. Meanwhile, bans in Mississippi and North Dakota will come into effect after their Attorney Generals approve it. While Wyoming’s ban will take effect in five days, Utah’s ban must be certified by a legislative council. Bans in Idaho, Tennessee and Texas will be applied in 30 days.

At an abortion clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas, the doors to the patient area shut as soon as the court’s opinion was posted online on Friday afternoon. Staff made calls to tell women that their appointments were cancelled. “No matter how hard we prepare for bad news, when it finally hits, it hits hard. Having to call these patients and tell them Roe v. Wade was overturned is heartbreaking,” a nurse at the clinic told the BBC.

In New Orleans, Louisiana, the Women’s Health Care Centre, one of only three abortion providers in the state, was also closed. Due to the Supreme Court ruling, about 36 million women of reproductive age will lose access to abortion, the BBC quoted research from Planned Parenthood, a healthcare organisation that provides abortions, as saying.

Meanwhile, the decision was met with elation by anti-abortion campaigners outside the court in Washington, but protests against the ruling were due to be held in more than 50 cities across the US. The ruling has led to widespread criticism. President Joe Biden said the Supreme Court’s move will put women’s health and lives at risk. “It’s a realisation of an extreme ideology and a tragic error by the Supreme Court,” he said.

Slamming the verdict, Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives, said the “Republican-controlled Supreme Court has achieved the GOP’s dark and extreme goal of ripping away women’s right to make their own reproductive health decisions”.

“American women today have less freedom than their mothers… This cruel ruling is outrageous and heart-wrenching. But make no mistake: the rights of women and all Americans are on the ballot this November.”

The Governors of California, Washington and Oregon have vowed to protect patients travelling from other states for an abortion. The landmark 1973 Roe v Wade case saw the Supreme Court rule by a vote of seven to two that a woman’s right to terminate her pregnancy was protected by the US constitution.

The ruling gave American women an absolute right to an abortion in the first three months (trimester) of pregnancy, but allowed for restrictions in the second trimester and for prohibitions in the third. However, this constitutional right to abortion was lost after the Supreme Court overturned its 50-year-old Roe v Wade decision.

Former Vice-President Mike Pence, a long-standing critic of Roe v Wade, urged supporters not to stop until “the sanctity of life” was protected by law in every state. Pence is a deeply Christian, conservative politician who attended events like  ‘World Summit in Defense of Persecuted Christians’ while in office.

Western MSM hiding the role of Christianity?

An interesting aspect is the way mainstream media like BBC are avoiding the mention of Christianity, the driving force behind this entire debate. They are instead using labels like conservatives or liberals to describe the anti and pro abortion camps, respectively. Even ultra left-liberal outlets like PBS are reporting the US Supreme Court’s decision in a balanced manner, covering all sides of the debate.

The fact is that the movement in US against abortion has been led by Christian religious bodies, mainly the evangelical protestant and Catholic groups, who have termed it the ‘pro-life’ campaign. When abortion was allowed in the USA in 1973 through the Roe v. Wade decision, Christian media outlets had written, “This decision runs counter not merely to the moral teachings of Christianity through the ages but also to the moral sense of the American people.” 

The Southern Baptist Convention, the Assemblies of God, the Christian and Missionary Alliance, the Presbyterian Church in America, and other denominations all passed ‘pro-life resolutions’ in the decade after Roe.

The Roman Catholic church teaches that abortion is ‘murder’ because life ‘begins at the moment of conception and ends with natural death’. Pope Francis, the head of the Vatican and religious leader of Catholic Christians, has termed abortion as ‘murder’, stating, “it’s homicide, whoever has an abortion, kills”. The Vatican has praised the US Supreme Court decision.

These Christians believe that the Church has been opposed to abortion from its earliest days, regarding it as ‘infanticide and homicide’. Even in the case of rape or incest, they believe it is a sin to ‘kill an innocent unborn baby’ for the crime of his father. To those who ask why the church is involving itself in a personal decision, they say that the Church, and the Church’s ministers, have God-given responsibilities to warn, exhort and rebuke Christians from making decisions that are contrary to the Word of God.

Contrast the mainstream media’s largely respectful coverage of the viewpoints of Christian institutions and fundamentalist Christians, to their disparaging coverage of any position held by practicing Hindus or Hindutvawadis. Even liberal Westerners, many of whom are atheist or irreligious, respect Christianity and believe that Christian mission work is a ‘force for good’, ignoring the supremacism and intolerance embedded in Christian proselytization and the cultural genocide it has unleashed all over the world.

Many of the anti-abortion or ‘pro-life’ campaigners also believe this US Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade is the result of a trio of conservative justices appointed during Donald Trump’s presidency: Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.

This is another aspect that media, especially mainstream media and elite opinion makers in Bharat gloss over. In the US, as in all other democracies, the institution of judiciary is ultimately accountable to elected representatives who have power over their appointment. It is only in Bharat that the judiciary unconstitutionally usurped the power of judicial appointments to itself via the opaque clique-like Collegium system since 1993, using the unstable coalition era and Indira Gandhi’s excesses as an excuse.

Jesuit priest with close ties to DMK instigates Muslims to ask for another partition

Jegath Gaspar Raj, a Jesuit priest and a close aide of DMK MP Kanimozhi has openly instigated Muslims to stage another partition. He called for SC, STs to join with Muslims and demand 40% of Bharat to form a separate country. He also advised Islamists to take the help of Islamic countries in declaring Hindu organisations as terrorist organisations by approaching the United Nations(UN) Organiation.

Speaking at an event organised by Social Activists Forum, a group of NGOs, he said that Muslims and SC, STs who form around 42% of the country’s population should demand a separate nation for themselves. The event was reportedly organised to condemn the UP government’s anti-encroachment drive.

Instigating Muslims into breaking Bharat once again, the Catholic priest said “You (SC/STs and Muslims) are about 42%. I am saying it openly, I’m neither a indigenous person(SC/ST) nor a Muslim. If both these communities come together and tell the government, ‘We are 40%. For indigenous people as a token you have given 11-12 ministers, but not a single cabinet minister’. They just do tokenism”. 

“If you are 40%, you should ask for 40% of land, there is nothing wrong with it. We will live peacefully with 40%. Even if Muslims demand 20% land, you will get land the size of Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Telangana and Karnataka. We have no place in Parliament. So give us 20% land, if not any place, give us the Sahara desert. You should tell them that”.

He also advised Islamists to seek the help of 57 Islamic nations to declare Bajrang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and other Hindu organisations as terrorist organisations. He said “impose the terrorist organisation tag on them. Why are you not doing this?” and asked them to approach the UN with the aid of Islamic countries to achieve it.

It should be noted that missionaries have been using Islamists to attack Hindus with brute force. Ezra Sargunam, a CSI priest, had instigated Muslims to unleash violence against Hindus in an SDPI meeting. He said, “I don’t know why they are remaining silent. Maybe the time hasn’t come or something. They have touched you bhai! You should ‘take care’ of them. Our god has told us to show the other cheek. We don’t know this kind of ‘work’. You should rise(to the occasion). Let us forget the differences and come together”. He also assured the support of the Christian community and political leaders like Thirumavalavan, Vaiko and MK Stalin

Gaspar is a sympathizer of LTTE(Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam) and has been using that face to deceive Tamil people into thinking that he cares for Tamils and their culture. He runs two NGOs International Tamil Centre and Tamil Maiyyam which distort history and show Tamils as a different race and SC STs as the indigenous people, a much-repeated missionary agenda to break Bharat.

With the help of DMK MP and late CM Karunanidhi’s daughter Kanimozhi, he has been trying to meddle in archeological findings in TN and Kerala. He has been trying to establish that Tamils were ‘secular’ and didn’t worship Hindu deities. Gaspar acted as an agent of LTTE in foreign countries to collect funds for the organisation. But pro-LTTE websites accused him of appropriating the funds.

US security agency FBI had issued a warrant against Gaspar for trying to bribe a special agent undercover. He allegedly smuggled arms to LTTE from the US. Intelligence agencies should keep note of the likes of Jegath Gaspar and Ezra Sargunam who want to to fish in troubled waters by instigating one community against others.
