“Athokpam Chinglemba general secretary Central Committee Village Volunteer Force, Manipur speaking in a function held at Moirang Kumam Mandop on Thursday said that amidst the present crisis in Manipur, the public without food will see more serious conflict in the state.
While he lamented the state of affairs, he said that focusing on the economy of Manipur is of utmost importance, quoting the example of Germany and Russia war in 1945 to learn lesson. “We need to protect our farmers and focus on the agricultural activities, preceded by the rule of law in all aspects of our day today lives,” Athokpam Chinglemba added.

The Official Statement of National Investigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, dated 30/9/2023, revealed that “Myanmar and Bangladesh militant groups have entered into a conspiracy with a section of militant leaders in India to indulge in incidents war of violence with an intend to drive a wedge between different ethnic groups and to wage against the Government of India……”
