Two class 11 Hindu students were expelled from the Muslim intercollege Faiz-e-Aam of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The expelled students said they had recited Hanuman Chalisa when bullied to read a few verses from the Quran. They were forced to stay out of the institution after this incident by the college authorities.
One of the expelled students, Saurav Yadav, described what happened to Dainik Bhaskersaying that he was sitting in class and studying about ‘Rahim’s Dohe’ when his Muslim classmates started asking him to recite verses from the Quran and also started singing praises about the Mughal emperor Akbar. In response, Saurav started reciting Hanuman Chalisa and the Ramayana. His classmates then complained to the authorities and his name was struck off of the students’ list without even listening to his side of the story.
The second Hindu student, Madhvendra Pratap Singh said that at the time, he was busy doing his science homework and doesn’t even know why he was expelled from the school.
Mohd Akhtar Siddiqui, one of the college authorities accused the two Hindu students of spreading ‘religious hysteria’ which was being opposed by Muslim students. When they did not listen, action was taken against them and they were expelled. He also countered the statements put forward by the two students saying that they just want to malign the college’s reputation.
Sharad Sharma, the provincial media in charge of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, has demanded the arrest of the college principal and manager. The DM Nitish Kumar is currently looking into the matter.
A young Hindu girl was gang-raped for 2 days in a flood-hit area of Sindh, Pakistan, on the pretext of being given food.
The girl was promised rations by autorickshaw driver Khaled, but he instead took her and raped her (archived video). She was kept drugged for 2 days and also raped by another man Dilsher. Both accused Muslim men are from the Macchi caste, she informed. The incident occurred in Shahdadpur, Sanghar district of Sindh province.
Earlier, some Hindus in Umerkot, Sindh who were forced to live on roads due to the floods, had complained about attempted rape of their women by goons.
Most Pakistani Hindus live in Sindh province, and they are among the poorest sections of Pakistani society. They face human rights violation like land grabbing, abduction, conversion, suicide of young generation due to lack of employment etc. Worse, many still live as bonded laborers of their Muslim landlords and suffer routine exploitation which they dare not report to police.
Hindus and other minorities face severe institutionalized discrimination in Pakistan. Even during the pandemic, discrimination in relief work was widespread. Reports of Pakistani Hindus and other minorities being denied rations and Covid-19 relief by NGOs and Government authorities had appeared widely in media at the time. Here is a reminder of some of those heart-breaking incidents:
1.) Shirimati Dia w/o Zal kaju Kohli commited suicide becouse of poverty and hunger in village Haji Sultan, Jhudo, Mirpur Khas, Sindh after rations were denied to Hindus by NGOs and government.
2.) Chaglu Meghwad was tortured (a hot iron rod was pushed into his anus) and murdered by his ‘owner’ Hayat Khan when he tried to escape as he was not being paid and his children were starving. Police initially tried to close it as a ‘suicide’ case, but later registered a murder case against Hayat Khan and others.
3.) 2 Hindu men, Ashok and Chaman, were severely beaten by shopkeepers when they went to buy daily use items in Tando Jan Muhammad,Mir Khuda Bakhsh Colony, Sindh. Police lodged a case against the 2 victims.
The hapless Hindu victims often do not have the resources to pursue the cases, and it is dangerous for anyone living within Pakistan to raise too loud a voice on behalf of Pakistani minorities as there is the perennial risk of swift retribution from the Pakistani Army-jihadi-mullah nexus.
Police and governments are oblivious to their plight, and often hand in glove with influential men like Sufi pir Mian Mithoo who runs an organized racket of abducting, raping and converting Hindu girls. Even basic laws to prevent conversion of minors fail to pass in Pakistan due to pressure from Islamic religious bodies.
Public in Bharat is also largely unaware of the brutal genocide being carried out against Pakistani Hindus and other minorities as our media also tends to avoid such news in the interest of ‘secularism’ & ‘liberalism’. While Indian cricketers like Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh made video appeals to raise funds for the charity of a bigoted Islamist Pakistani cricketer like Shahid Afridi, ignorance and apathy means our cricketing and Bollywood celebrity world maintains pin-drop silence on the brutal persecution of Hindus in Pakistan.
Politicians, cutting across party lines, hesitate to raise such issues inside or outside Parliament due to fear of being labelled ‘communal’ or ‘majoritarian’. CAA, the one step taken by the Government of Bharat in a long-long time to offer some respite to beleaguered Pakistani Hindu refugees living in Bharat, faced rioting & strong resistance from the entire Islamist-liberal-secular-communist spectrum of society.
While Haryana is known for producing champion wrestlers, there is another wrestling-crazy town tucked away in Karnataka’s Bagalkote District. Mudhol is a town that has been producing wrestlers with the potential to provide podium finishes. 17-year-old Ningappa Genannavar is the latest champion from the town who won gold at the Under-17 Asian Championships in 45kg freestyle in Kyrgyzstan. The patronage of local ruler Nanasaheb Ghorpade has added to the wrestling love of Mudhol residents.
“In Mudhol, people’s support has been good. Every year, we organise state-level tournaments fully funded by our patrons. The wrestlers from Mudhol have always [done well] in the state- and national-level championships. We need a sports hostel in Mudhol as there are enough promising wrestlers”, The Week reports quoting former wrestler Kalmesh Hanagodi.
Ningappa is a product of the Jai Hanuman Vyayam Shaala, an akhada in Mudhol’s Shivaji Circle. Sandeep Kate (silver, 2016 Commonwealth Championships) and Sunil Padtare (silver, World School Games) are other champions produced by the Vyayam Shaala. The Vyayam Shaala was started by veteran wrestler Ningappa Vastada to nurture talent.
It is a three-storey akhada where young talents throng to hone their skills. Even local residents frequent the akhada and take a personal interest in the progress of the wrestlers. They also attend training sessions and give tips to the wrestlers.
Traditional wrestling houses known as garadi manes are reinventing themselves into modern wrestling centres. Even the Vyayam Shaala has reinvented itself with a traditional mud pit on the ground floor, a hall of fame on the first floor, and a mat hall on the third floor. The hall of fame has banners with photos of students who have won medals in state-level competitions and were selected for government sports hostels.
They don’t neglect traditional wrestling even while keeping their focus on international competitions and medals. A special variety of wrestling soil is brought from Belagavi’s Gokak hills. “The mud is treated with buttermilk, lemon juice, camphor and coconut oil to help retain its fertility”, says Ningappa’s coach Arun Kumakale.
Poverty is a big issue in north Karnataka due to which many students are unable to afford nutritious food or training. Additional expenses for items such as milk, ghee, almonds, fruits and supplements, required by wrestlers are to be borne by the family. Both boys and girls are encouraged to take to wrestling in Mudhol. Therefore, the government should provide support to young talents of the town who require financial aid.

Assam Police on Wednesday apprehended another man suspected of having links with an Al Qaeda network in Bangladesh, officials said.
The person, identified as Amjad Ajmal Hussain, was arrested from Guwahati’s Fatasil Ambari area.
A senior police officer informed that as per the initial investigation, Hussain was allegedly having links with a person named Mohammed Suman, who is believed to be an active member of Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS).
Golapara and Kamrup Metro police team arrested Hussain in a joint operation.
According to police sources, Hussain joined the Ansarulla Bangla Team (ABT) and was later appointed head of its Guwahati module.
The police have seized some objectionable literature and posters from his residence in Guwahati.
He was taken into custody by Goalpara police and will be produced in court on Thursday.

The vanvasi (‘tribal’) community in the Tamiya block has filed a complaint against Christian missionaries who have been converting people in the name of “medical treatment.”
The complaint claims that these people also promise a large sum if the person converts to Christianity. There have been forced conversions and threats of killing if the person denies it.
Describing the procedure, the vanvasis said that a Christian organizes these mass conversions in the area. Every Thursday, in the name of being ‘treated,’ innocent Hindu vanvasis are offered money and forced to convert to Christianity.
This is happening in the Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh, the constituency of former CM Kamalnath. According to media reports, this has been happening for the last few months in the following villages- Sangakhera, Delkhari, Jhapiya, Barachomri, and many others which come under the Tamiya block. The police station in charge of the area has said that the matter is being investigated, and a medical review will also be done.
When the same complaints were filed back in April, many Hindu organizations raised their voices against the ongoing conversion racket, and some vanvasis even converted back to their original religion, but it is alleged the authorities took no serious action against these missionaries at the time.
White residents living near the Gurdwara at Stockton in California, USA have demanded round-the-clock police presence in the area in view of the escalation of tension in the city after two groups of Sikh radicals were involved in a shoot-out outside the Sikh temple on Saturday.
On receipt of a phone call from a resident of the locality, the police reached the scene of the crime in less than four minutes and took three injured to the hospital.
Four suspects who were trying to flee were arrested and some weapons were seized. They have still not been released and are being questioned over the firing.
A weight lifting competition organised by the Gurdwara management headed by president Ravinder Singh Dhaliwal was in progress when the shootout took place. None of the devotees inside the Gurdwara were hurt, though people ran for shelter amidst the sound of gunshots as is evident from a viral video.
The police issued a statement later saying that the injured were out of danger and were being given treatment at the hospital.
According to sources, one Dharamvir Singh after a verbal duel with Pavittar Pal Singh opened fire at him. And in return, Pavittar fired at Dharamvir injuring three bystanders. The shooters ran away from the spot and are still at large.

Talking to Indianarrative.com on the phone, the manager of the Gurdwara, who did not want to be named tried to underplay the incident saying, “I am a witness to the firing. Some youths entered into an argument which led to the shooting. It is just like youngsters often fighting during kabaddi matches in Punjab.” The Stockton Gurdwara was established in 1930, the first in the US.
When asked if the tussle was over the hosting of a Khalistan flag on the roof of the Gurdwara, he said that the flag was hosted some three months ago but nobody objected to it and there was no controversy about it.
He further said that not many people were interested in the activities of the SFJ who were still engaged in registering voters for the proposed referendum 2020. “People come to the Gurdwara to pay obeisance and leave soon thereafter,” the manager stressed.
Another video going viral shows a heated abusive exchange of words between some people. One of them is heard saying, “hell with your 2020 referendum…you chamchas (sycophants)…come out and meet us, we will teach you a lesson.”
Jagmohan Singh Randhawa, a resident of Sacramento, informed this reporter that the incident had nothing to do with Sikh politics. The youths had an old enmity which led to the firing once they came face to face in the Gurdwara.
The manager claimed that some anti-Sikh forces were trying to defame the community settled in the US by spreading rumours.

Though it started as a mere Twitter hashtag, the much-debated Boycott Bollywood trend has proved to be one of the latest victories of the Hindus against the continuous attack on Hindu Dharma. After Shamshera, Laal Singh Chaddha, Rakshabandhan, Dobara, and Liger, the next movie boycotted by Hindus is Brahmastra.
The ire of the Hindus is not unjustified. Since Bollywood’s inception, the industry has run on Hindu hate. To degrade the Hindus and their faith while glorifying Islam and Islamist invaders has been the fundamental character of movies. Through their fictitious stories, Bollywood has done one of the greatest disservices to the Hindu society and its reputation while presenting a sparkling image of the Muslims.
Remember the famous “Ramu Kaka”? For every affluent family shown in a classic Bollywood cinema, there was a servant named Ramu. This is how Bollywood mocks Bhagwan Ram who is loved & adored by Hindus. What’s worse? Several generations of movie-goers didn’t realize this mockery.
Actors like Yusuf Khan, Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri, Mahjabeen Bano and Mumtaz Jehan Dehlavi took Hindu names like Dilip Kumar, Jagdeep, Meena Kumari, and Madhubala. The behind-the-screen situation was also being ruled by Islamists who exploited their creative positions to the fullest. Salim Khan, Javed Akhtar, Khalid Mohamed, and Kader Khan are only a few names in a long list of Muslim writers who came up with stories, dialogues, screenplays, and characters that helped them propagate the narrative of “Muslim good, Hindu bad”.
A newly-independent Bharat depended on cinema for entertainment and emotional connection. Cinema also helped shape people’s opinions, thoughts, and ideologies. The Islamist cabal in Bollywood was quick to learn this truth and, through their cinema, peddled a pro-Islamist narrative.
A Pathan is projected as a brave and loyal friend, whereas a Brahman or Kayastha was either a lecherous man or a “ghuskhor muneem” who would molest a hapless woman or exploit her financially. “Hawas ka pujari”, and “Gunahon ka Devta”, were anti-Hindu terms that became part of the country’s everyday conversation.
Kafir, a word reeking of Islamist bigotry, was set as an evil entity in the subconscious of Hindu minds through melodic songs. The Hindu hero was showcased as an atheist who had no belief in the Hindu deities. He would not step inside a temple, refuse the Prasad, but would sport the Islamic 786 with utmost honour every day. This is how the megahit Deewar softly promoted the idea of Islam.
While the 60-70-80s saw a softer Islamization in cinema, the 2000s vehemently propagated Islamism in the country by showing down Hindu Dharma and belittling Hindu sentiments.

In Main Hoon Naa (2004), an ex-army officer, a Hindu named Raghav (another name of Bhagwan Ram) was presented as the villain, while Pakistanis were shown with great human qualities who wanted peace with India. We all know how reality is entirely different.

Within two years of the 2008 Mumbai attacks by Islamist Jihadis, Bollywood released My Name is Khan (2010) and Kurbaan (2009). In both these films, Muslims were projected as victims of hate and bigotry, and Islamist terrorism was accorded a soft justification. The promotion of Love Jihad through both these films cannot be ignored either.
The 2008 movie Firaq, based on the 2002 Gujarat riots, showcased Muslims as the absolute hapless and tormented demography in Bharat; Bollywood, in the past 20 years, has not made one movie to expose the brutality of Islamists who had charred over 50 Kar Sevaks alive.
From 2010-2020, the industry had barred its anti-Hindu and anti-Bharat fangs. With the introduction of social media, industry members, actors, or behind-the-scenes contributors exposed their innate hate for the Hindu culture. From mockery of Karwachauth, abusing Hindus as Hindutva terrorists, cow-piss drinkers, making sacrilegious comments on Hindu deities, and shaming Hindus for celebrating Holi-Diwali in the name of activism, Bollywood has done it all.
On one hand, they swapped the character of Mir Ranjan Negi to Kabir Khan in Chak De India to create a false narrative of Muslim victimhood and on the other hand, they made Haider propagate the Kashmiri separatist movement. Films like PK, where Aamir Khan denigrated Bhagwan Shiva, acted as the last nail in the coffin.
Bollywood is now infested by Hindu-hating elements that will add to the Hindu society’s cultural and moral decay. But Hindus have woken up from their prolonged slumber and decided not to take these insults lightly anymore. The Boycott Bollywood trend acted as the peak of an iceberg that hit the industry massively.
The arrogance of actors like Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Taapsee Pannu, and the newbie Vijay Devarakonda has cemented the audience’s aversion towards their films. The fact that Bollywood’s releases don’t match up to the expectations when the audience has access to global cinema and OTT platforms cannot be overlooked either. All in all, the sinking ship of Bollywood is now waiting to hit the rocks. Only a complete 180-degree turn from their anti-Hindu propaganda may rescue them, if at all.

भारत की ही बात करें तो यहाँ अंग्रेजी-शिक्षा पद्धति तैयार करने की जिम्मेदारी जब मैकाले को मिली तब उसने पूरे भरोसे के साथ ये दावा किया था कि- ‘जरा सी पश्चिमी-शिक्षा के प्रचार-प्रसार से बंगाल मूर्ती-पूजकों से विहीन हो जायेगा l’ और इस आधार पर भारत में अंग्रेजी शिक्षा की नींव १८१३ में पड़ी, और कलकत्ता [कोलकोता] में बिशप कॉलेज और डफ कॉलेज अस्तित्व में आये l अगले ७०-८० वर्षों में इसका प्रभाव क्या पड़ा, इसको लेकर विवेकानंद कहते है- ‘बच्चा जब भी पढ़ने को [ईसाई मिशन] स्कूल भेजा जाता है, पहली बात वो ये सीखता है कि उसका बाप बेवकूफ है l दूसरी बात ये कि उसका दादा दीवाना है, तीसरी बात ये कि उसके सभी गुरु पाखंडी है और चौथी ये कि सारे के सारे धर्म-ग्रन्थ झूठे और बेकार है l’
ध्यान रहे, आज की स्थिति में ब्रिटेन के शिक्षा सुधार अधिनियम 1988 तथा नयी शिक्षा नीति की एक परिनियमावली के अनुसार जितने भी राजकीय विद्यालय हैं उनमें धार्मिक शिक्षा तथा सामूहिक प्रार्थना पूर्ण रूप से ईसाई धर्म के अनुसार अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है l दूसरी और 7,390 स्वयंसेवी विद्यालय रोमन कैथोलिक, यहूदी व मेथोडिस्ट चर्च द्वारा पहले से ही संचालित हो रहे हैं l ये आंकड़े 2010 के पहले के हैं l शिक्षा को लेकर धर्म के प्रति कितना आग्रह है ये इन तथ्यों से खूब लगाया जा सकता है l ईसाई प्रभाव के खतरे को भांपकर ब्रिटेन, यूरोप व अमेरिका में रह रहे सिख- समाज नें कदम उठाना शुरू कर दिए हैं, जिससे आने वाली पीढ़ी अपनी जड़ों से जुड़ी रहे l
चर्च का ये प्रभाव कभी कितना गहरा रहा होगा इसका अंदाज़ा आज की स्थति में लगाना कठिन ही नहीं असम्भव है l ‘पृथ्वी सूर्य की प्रदक्षिणा करती है’ ये कहने पर गैलीलियो के साथ ; ‘ब्रह्माण्ड के भू-केंद्रिता (Geo-centrism)’ को अमान्य कर देने पर गियरडानों ब्रूनों और ‘गणित की शिक्षा पुरुष विद्यार्थी को देने पर’ महिला गणितज्ञ हिपशिया के साथ क्या किया गया इसको दोहराने की जरूरत नहीं l 1840 में जब पहली बार ऐनस्थिसिया का प्रसव के समय प्रयोग किया गया तो चर्च नें कड़ा विरोध किया l क्यूंकि बाइबिल के अनुसार ईव (मनुष्य की जननी) नें इश्वर की आज्ञा की अवहेलना करी, इसलिए दंडस्वरूप कहा गया – ‘पीढ़ा को उठाते हुए ही वह अपने बच्चों को जन्म देगी l’ वो तो 1853 में महारानी विक्टोरिया ने प्रसव के लिए जब इसका प्रयोग किया तो मामला शांत हुआ, क्यूंकि चर्च के पास महारानी को दण्डित करने का साहस नहीं था l
सुकेतु मेहता के साथ उनके विद्यार्थी- जीवन में जो घटा उसकी पृष्ठ भूमि में कुछ और नहीं बल्कि वही काल-बाह्म्य अंधविश्वास है जिससे आज भी चर्च प्रेरित संस्थाएं मुक्त नहीं हो पायी हैं l

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier has called on Christians to stand up to the Russian Orthodox Church in its stance in defence of the Russian war against Ukraine.
“The leaders of the Russian Orthodox Church are currently leading their faithful and their entire church down a terrible, blasphemous path that is downright hostile to the faith,” Steinmeier said on Wednesday at the start of the World Council of Churches (WCC) assembly in Karlsruhe.
“They justify a war of aggression against Ukraine — against their own, against our own brothers and sisters in faith.”
Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill has repeatedly defended President Vladimir Putin’s actions, dpa news agency reported.
“This propaganda against the free rights of the citizens of another country, this nationalism that arbitrarily claims God’s will for the imperial dreams of the rule of a dictatorship, this attitude must see our opposition,” the German President said.
“Also here in this hall, also here in this assembly.”
He added that one must speak out and denounce the actions.
“We must, as a Christian community, profess our support for the dignity and freedom and security of Ukrainians.”
Representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church are also taking part in the congress. Steinmeier said that what he expects that “they will not be spared the truth about this brutal war and the criticism of the role of their church leadership”.
The German President added that dialogue is necessary, but it must not be limited to religious wishes and remain vague.
“It must name victims as well as perpetrators and their accomplices,” he said.
