Mahesh Vasu, a Hindu human rights activist from Mumbai, has been diligently tracking and documenting the ongoing genocide of arguably one of the most neglected communities in the entire world – Pakistani Hindus.

Their persecution takes several form, the most ugly of which is the abduction, rape, forced conversion and marriage of minor Hindu girls. Most such girls either end up dead, abandoned or trafficked after a few years of ‘marriage’ to much older Muslim men. At least 1000 Hindu girls suffer such sex slavery every year in Sindh province alone, and Sufi shrines like Bharchundi Sharif act as the centers of this demonic racket.

Apart from this, Pakistani Hindus face other forms of systemic and institutionalized persecution and discrimination, such as frequent attacks on Hindu temples, demonization in education curriculum, bonded labor, untouchability, and antipathy of police and judiciary leading to denial of basic human rights. Due to fear of powerful Islamists backed by politicians and Pakistani Army-ISI, and public apathy, most violations go unreported.

Mahesh ji monitors various sources to collate these Hindu human rights violations which are rampant in Pakistan. He then compiles a monthly report which is shared with the Ministry of External Affairs, Bharat and UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights). He requests Hindus across the world to share this report with government authorities and human rights groups.

NB: All above listed incidents are reported by Regional TV News channel, many reported incidents go unnoticed and many incidents go unreported & unnoticed.

As per HRCP (Pakistan Human Rights Commission Pakistan), on an average 3 minor Hindu girls are abducted on a daily basis, gang-raped, filmed naked, tortured, threatened & forcibly converted to Islam and married to their abductor.

As per IG Sindh Police, 202 dead bodies with torture marks were found hanging by neck on tree & houses in 2021 in three major districts of Sindh alone where Hindus are in large numbers.

It is significant to note that the first persecuted minority of Pakistan was the first law minister of Pakistan himself, and ever since Pakistan has been violating The Delhi Pact i.e. Nehru-Liaquat Pact 1950 unabated.
