Bangladesh: Theft in Sri Jagannath temple of Chattagram

Attack on the Hindu temples is continuing in Bangladesh. This time, unknown miscreants attacked a Hindu temple in Rauzan of the Chattagram district. 

On the night of the 23rd of April night, unknown thieves targeted Sri Jagannath temple in Rauzan. The temple is situated in the Noyapara locality. 

The following morning, local Hindus found that the lock of the temple gate was broken. Everything inside the temple was stolen. The temple’s donation box was broken, and all the money was taken. Also, all the ornaments of the Vigraha were stolen. 

A local resident said that besides theft, unknown miscreants also vandalised several things inside the temple. 

 Later, the Police were informed. The Police immediately launched an investigation to identify the accused. As of now, no one has been identified or arrested.
