Delhi Chief Minister (CM) Arvind Kejriwal mocked Hindus yet again by denying the Kashmir Hindu genocide and terming the film The Kashmir Files a ‘jhoothi’ (false) film. He and other MLAs of his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) were seen laughing, sneering, and derisively mocking the film.

In his response to the pleas of the people to make the move tax-free in the state following the example of several BJP-rules ones, the Delhi CM suggested director Vivek Agnihotri upload it for free on YouTube. “They are saying to make the movie The Kashmir Files tax-free, better upload it on YouTube and the whole movie will become free”, Kejriwal said.

His anti-Hindu face was revealed yet again as he said that the movie was not based on reality. “We will grant you honour. We will give you respect. We will take you along in nation-building. We won’t ask you to put up the posters of a jhoothi film. At least stop promoting this movie. It does not behove you. You came to do something good in politics, not for promoting films and posters,” opined a grinning Kejriwal while going on to deny the genocide itself. Upset Kashmiri Hindus condemned his insensitive remarks.

It must be noted that the same Kejriwal had made several Bollywood movies tax-free in the past. Ranvir Singh starrer 83, Tapsee Pannu’s Saand Ki Aankh, and Swara Bhaskar’s Nil Batte Sannata are some of the movies that were exempted from tax by the Delhi CM.

The purpose of making a movie tax-free is to ensure it reaches a wider audience as ticket prices come down with the state government not levying its entertainment tax. While Kejriwal lavished praises on Swara Bhaskar and Tapsee Pannu movies, he declared The Kashmir Files a ‘false’ film thereby displaying his insensitivity towards Hindus and their sufferings.

He did attempt damage control by stating in his interview with Times Now anchor Navika Kumar that they were not laughing at the Kashmiri Pandits’ exodus but laughing at the BJP’s promotion of the film. Here too he was caught lying because the move to regularize Kashmiri migrant teachers was taken due to Delhi High Court orders.

This is not, however, the first time he has shown his true anti-Hindu face. There have been numerous instances attesting to his psychopathic nature and utter lack of empathy. Kejriwal while justifying the demand for a probe into the Batla House encounter had termed it ‘fake’ as had his close confidante Amanatullah Khan. Highly decorated Delhi Police Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma was killed in the Batla House operation, in which two Indian Mujahideen terrorists were killed, while two were arrested. Similarly, he had wanted a probe into the Ishrat Jehan encounter.

Kejriwal’s Minorities Commission head Zafarul-Islam Khan had threatened with an ‘avalanche from Arab/Muslim world’ at a time when many Hindu NRIs living in the Middle East & Gulf region were being hounded, sacked from their jobs, and some even arrested for alleged anti-Islamic remarks on social media. The role of his councillor and MLAs in the anti-Hindu Delhi riots also provide testimony to his Hindumisic side. While AAP councillor Tahir Hussain had orchestrated the anti-Hindu riots, AAP MLA Amanatullah had rushed to the former’s defence threatening country-wide riots in Hussain’s support.

Kejriwal’s role in the forced exodus of Hindu labourers from UP/Bihar during the pandemic is yet another instance showing his utter disregard for Hindus. That he deliberately plotted to drive the migrant labourers out of Delhi is evident from the sequence of events detailed by HinduPost earlier.

Kejriwal’s affinity towards Khalistan was revealed by former AAP leader Kumar Vishwas. He had even enlisted their support during the Punjab elections. No wonder, Khalistanis who funded the party began demanding their pound of flesh as soon as AAP registered its win in the Punjab assembly elections.

His temple visit notwithstanding, the fact remains that Kejriwal has amply revealed his true anti-Hindu colours on more than one occasion and Hindus have little reason to trust him.
