Hindu Dharma & Bharatiya army attacked in OP Jindal Global University’s event supporting Hamas

OP Jindal Global University held an event in solidarity with the terrorist organization Hamas. However, activist ex-professor Achin Vanaik used the platform to spew venom against Hindu Dharma by disguising it as ‘Hindutva,’ their favorite red herring to target Hindu Dharma. The talk was even backed by Sameena Dalwai, who hates the ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan.

Anti-Hindu remarks in Jindal University event

Following the horrific terror attack on Israel by Palestinian terror group Hamas on 7 October, the global leftist-Islamist cabal has used the conflict to further its antisemitism propaganda. The Indian leftist-Islamist cabal, on the other hand, has used this as an opportunity to spew venom against Hindus and Hindu Dharma. A talk hosted by OP Jindal Global University witnessed the deep-seated Hindu hatred by speaker Achin Vanaik who was backed by the institute’s professor.

On November 1, the Jindal University hosted a lecture titled ‘The History and Politics of the Palestinian Present’ by Professor Achin Vanaik, a retired Professor of International Relations and former Head of the Department of Political Science at the University of Delhi, who is now an activist. Several video clips from the lecture have surfaced, where the professor made statements that were antisemitic and anti-Hindu in nature. He also criticized the Indian government’s stance on the Israel-Hamas conflict.

Despite the lecture’s title, which suggested a focus on the Israel-Hamas conflict, Professor Achin Vanaik veered into making anti-Hindu and anti-Hindutva remarks. He asserted that Hindus are inherently Islamophobic, while Jews are not.

During his lecture, Professor Vanaik drew parallels between Zionism and Hinduism but highlighted the differences in their relationships with Islam. He stated that Zionism is anti-Palestinian but not necessarily anti-Muslim, whereas Hindutva is fundamentally anti-Muslim.

Furthermore, he contested the notion that Hindus are the original inhabitants of India and that Hindu Dharma is one of the oldest civilizations. Instead, he claimed that archaeological and scientific evidence suggests Vedic civilizations are much older, predating the emergence of the Vedas by approximately 2,000 years. He mentioned the Saraswati Valley Civilization as relevant in this context.

While the full video of the lecture is not available, one clip seemed to suggest that Professor Vanaik referred to Israeli actions against Hamas as terrorism. He highlighted the selective use of the term ‘terrorism,’ using the Pulwama terror attack as an example. In a controversial statement, Professor Achin Vanaik praised suicide bombings, characterizing them as an expression of a determination to die rather than to kill.

The response of Professor Sameena Dalwai to a letter opposing the event by antisemitic Hinduphobic Vanaik exposed her anti-Hindu mindset. Defending the terrorist organization Hamas, she even termed the atrocities perpetrated by the terrorists as ‘fake news’ created by Indian troll armies. She further said she was ‘saddened’ by Bharat’s response. “I hear shouts of Jai Shri Ram on campus, I see right-wing students and faculty doing their own events. I want to react, but I keep quiet in favor of peace“, she writes.

Is Jindal University the next JNU?

Despite Dalwai’s claims on ‘right-wing’ on the campus, Jindal University appears to be following the footsteps of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) when it comes to anti-national and anti-Hindu stances. Last March, HinduPost reported the appearance of ‘smash Brahmanical patriarchy’ posters and those hailing Communist terrorist Che Guevara coming up on its premises.

In a video, faculty member Arijeet Ghosh of Jindal Global Law School said he considers Kashmir to be ‘India occupied J&K’. It is these kinds of teachers who seed separatist thoughts among the students who then go on to demand ‘Azadi’.

Not surprisingly, one of the posters wants Kashmir to be ‘liberated’ from ‘fascist’ Bharat. The poster titled “Combat Indian colonial propaganda! End the militant occupation of Kashmir” whitewashes the Kashmiri Hindu genocide while demanding ‘freedom’ from Bharat.

Readers may recall earlier, Jindal Law School had come under fire for including books by Bharat-bashers in its curriculum. These posters that call for ‘Azadi’ appear to be in keeping with what these authors had wanted – seeding secessionist ideas in young minds.

Of course, Jindal seems to be following the path laid out by JNU, which is the den of the ‘tukde-tukde’ gang and where Abrahamo-leftists rule the roost. Anti-nationalism has seeped into the JNU genes. Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Jamia Milia, and Jadavpur University are some of the other campuses that are on the secessionist path and need to be thoroughly scrutinized by the central government.

Interestingly, while Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) Chairman Shri Naveen Jindal says that the National Flag is the highest and most recognizable symbol of national pride and he always feels proud to fly it, students and faculty of his university are talking the talk and walking down the separatist path.
