3 Muslim youth abducted and gang raped a minor Hindu girl for 10 days in UP’s Shikohabad. When the girl somehow managed to escape and reached the police station, police didn’t take any action and simply handed over the girl to her family. Rural SP finally ordered to file an FIR after an appeal by the girl’s father.
The 15-year-old girl was abducted by her Muslim neighbors of a colony in Shikohabad, Firozabad district on 15th December, 10 PM. She was held captive at an unknown place, where she was drugged and raped by three people for several days. The culprits were taking the girl in a car to sell her off on 27th December when she managed to escape. She somehow managed to reach the police station. But the police then deem it necessary to take action against the accused and simply handed over the girl to her relatives.
The victim’s father along with social worker Sheelandra Kashyap and others met SP (rural) Mahendra Kumar the next Friday and apprised him of the entire situation. The father accused that Muslim youth held his daughter captive and raped her for several days. Subsequently, the rural SP ordered the area police to lodge an FIR.
The Culprits Forced Her to Wear Burqa
According to the victim’s father, the Muslim youth who abducted his daughter kept her in an unknown place where they forced her to wear burqa. She was also tortured in various ways. Her hands and legs were tied and she was drugged regularly. The adolescent girl was gang-raped for 10 days by the perpetrators.
The father alleged that he filed a police complaint in Shikohadbad for his missing girl on 16th December, but the police didn’t take any action.
