Yet another disturbing incident exposed, this time from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. A Muslim man, Shaan Khan, posed as a Hindu named Shaan Sharma to trap a young Hindu woman in a live-in relationship under the false promise of marriage. For nearly two years, he raped and exploited her while hiding his true identity. When confronted, he revealed not only that he was already married but also laid down a horrifying condition: conversion to Islam if she wanted to marry him. Upon refusal, the woman was brutally beaten and humiliated.
According to reports from Naidunia, the accused, identified as Shaan Khan from the Lakkarkhana area of Madhoganj, first met the woman and manipulated her with promises of marriage. He then kept her with him, first for nine months in Patel Nagar and later in Sadashiv Nagar, Bahodapur. During this time, he repeatedly sexually assaulted her and consistently pressured her to change her religion to Islamism.
When the victim could no longer bear the abuse, she bravely approached the police and filed a formal complaint.
According to the victim, Shaan lured her into a false relationship with promises of marriage and repeatedly established physical relations with her. But when she began insisting on marriage, he turned violent. In a heart-wrenching statement to the media, the victim revealed:
“He used to beat me every single day. He kept pressuring me to convert to Islam. When I refused, he would beat me even more brutally.”
The situation worsened when the woman discovered that Shaan was already married, a fact he had deliberately hidden. Upon confrontation, he falsely reassured her that he would marry her, but only if she converted to Islam. When she refused this demand, the abuse escalated. She was subjected to constant mental and physical torture, isolated, and emotionally broken.
Eventually, unable to take the abuse anymore, the woman reached out to Bajrang Dal for help. It is alleged that the local police initially delayed filing the FIR, prompting Bajrang Dal to protest at the police station. Following the public outrage, police finally booked the accused under sections of rape, fraud, and the SC/ST Act. However, Shaan Khan has been arrested, and police have summoned his family members for interrogation. It has come to light that he runs a mobile phone shop, while the victim works in event management.
Bahodapur police station in-charge Jitendra Singh Tomar confirmed the details, stating that legal proceedings have been initiated and the investigation is ongoing.
This is not an isolated case. Across Bharat, daughters of Hindu Dharma are being relentlessly targeted by Islamists who conceal their religious identity, lure innocent women with false promises of love or marriage, and then subject them to sexual exploitation, coercion, and forced religious conversion. The term love jihad is not a myth; it is a harsh, bloody reality being lived and suffered by countless Hindu families. Every few weeks, yet another case emerges, and the pattern is always the same: deceit, manipulation, and a systematic assault to mediate forced conversions.
In cases like these, Hindu organizations such as Bajrang Dal have always come forward to support victims during their toughest moments. Even in the Gwalior case, the victim had to turn to Bajrang Dal to get her voice heard, as the police allegedly delayed filing the FIR. It was only after protests and public outrage that the authorities took action. Is this what justice in Bharat has come to, where a daughter of Hindu Dharma must fight tooth and nail just to be heard after being raped and tortured? Why are our women constantly being preyed upon while the so-called secular institutions remain shamefully silent?
How many more daughters of Hindu Dharma must be sacrificed at the altar of pseudo-secularism, vote-bank politics, and political cowardice? Our silence is no longer neutral; it is dangerous. If the state cannot protect our women from such targeted Islamist exploitation, who will? It is time for society, law enforcement, and all organizations rooted in Hindu Dharma to unite.
