These days cases of religious conversion has become the biggest evil for our society and multiple cases are coming to the fore, almost on daily basis. Though, various State governments have taken stringent steps to curb on such incidents, but they are failed to stop this menace of illegal conversion. A similar case has come up a day ago in Badesar village of Zamania tehsil in Uttar Pradesh. Where Christian missionaries were converting innocents Hindus in the guise of a prayer meeting.

Upon getting information of this illegal activity, few members of Kshatriya Mahasabha reached the spot and stalled the proceedings. A formal complaint was lodged with the police, which seized large amount of propaganda material and filed a case against 7 people and sent them to jail.

The locals have informed that Christian Missionaries have been active in Baresar village under Jamania Kotwali for over a decade. Christian missionaries have been continuously working to convert the innocent people from Hindu dharma to Christianity by inviting them to prayer meetings and takign advantage of their sufferrings. Because of this, there is a continuous crowd of hundreds of Hindus in their prayer meetings.

It is said that members of Kshatriya Mahasabha participated in the prayer meeting to understand this conspiracy. They saw how missionary people were misleading the Hindus and cursing their Dharma. Along with this, the people present there are being told to adopt Christianity. These conspirators were even offering them financial benefits if they convert.

After this, the people of Kshatriya Mahasabha gave this information to the Jamania Kotwali police. When the Jamania Kotwali police also reached the spot, a large quantity of Bibles and other propaganda materials were recovered from there. Simultaneously, the police also found the prayer meeting was just the excuse, the actual objective was to mislead the people and convert them. Police arrested many people and brought them to Kotwali. After investigation, a case was registered against seven people and action was taken to send all of them to jail.

On this whole matter, Superintendent of Police Omveer Singh told that the work of conversion was being done by Christian missionaries in Zamania. Police has arrested 7 people and seized a large number of objectionable material from their possession.
