A case of rape and molestation of a woman living in a rented house in Rajghat area of Gorakhpur has come to light. In fact, the accused was living with the woman for the last one and a half years, but now he was keeping an eye on her 17-year-old daughter.

He even pressurized the daughter to get married to him and also molested her on protesting. The police has arrested the accused and produced him in the court on Sunday, from where he was sent to jail.

The apprehended accused has been identified as Mohammad Shahrukh Khan, a resident of Ajmatpur under Munda Pandey police station area of ​​Moradabad. At present he lives in a rented room in Haraiya, Gida.

According to the Police sources, Shahrukh lives in a rented room in Gorakhpur and works to sell clothes on the ferry. During this, he had a relationship with a woman living in Rahmatnagar, and shockingly the woman’s husband also came to know about it, but, he didn’t mind. Her husband used to have an egg shop in that area.

Meanwhile, Shahrukh started pressurizing the woman to marry her daughter with him. It is alleged that the woman had gone to take medicine on Saturday evening, while her daughter was alone at home. Sensing the right opportunity, Shahrukh entered their home and molested the minor girl.

The minor was shocked by this sudden assault and started shouting for the help. When the neighbors heard the cry, they came to the scene and found them in compromising position. The accused threatened to kill the minor and others by beating them, but neighbors were able to get hold of him.

Police arrested the accused by registering a case on the basis of compliant filed by minor’s mother on Saturday night. SO Rajendra Singh told that after registering a case, the accused was arrested and produced in the court, from where he was sent to jail.
