A Hindu SC woman from Uttar Pradesh’s (UP) capital Lucknow has leveled allegations of grooming saying the Muslim man who posed as a Hindu and exploited her sexually. The Lucknow Police have charged the man with rape and fraud along with invoking sections of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 since the woman belongs to the SC ‘chamar’ caste.
The FIR recorded the victim’s statement which says that around three months ago, she met the man who introduced himself as ‘Vishal Singh Thakur’. The two entered into a relationship. The man also made Anju meet his brother, introducing him as Vikas. The man even promised to marry her.
Later he began demanding money from her frequently. On one occasion, she is said to have given 2,49,000 rupees and that frequently entered into sexual relations with her. According to her complaint, she gave him 47000 rupees in October after which the man switched his phone off and later became unreachable.
The woman then went to his room where she learned from the landlord that Vishal was Nawajis-bin-Shams whereas Asim Ahmed was the actual name of Vikas. Nawajis and his brother Asim have been booked under IPC sections 376 (rape), 406 (breach of trust), 419 (cheating by personation), 420 (cheating & dishonesty), and 506 (criminal intimidation).
As per the victim, the accused are since absconding and even the police haven’t recorded her statement before the magistrate as required by section 164 of the CrPC (Criminal procedure code) though several weeks have passed. She further stated that even though she had given her complaint on October 28, the police registered the same only on November 6. The official Twitter account of the Lucknow police commissioner replied to a question raised by the user on the platform and said the police were making efforts to arrest the accused.
Swarajya Mag quotes the woman as saying that she met Nawajis when she was working at a house near Purniya Chauraha. He introduced himself as Vishal and said that he was a security guard at a bank. She also said that even though Nawajis was abusive from the beginning she carried on with the relationship since he ‘convinced’ her that violence was normal in any relationship.
“She then dropped a bomb: When Nawajis had sex with her the first time, his brother Asim held her by her hands. I felt strange. I objected to it. But he convinced me there was nothing wrong in it since my brother was family, the woman said” says the report.
The woman also informed that a decade of her savings was stolen by the accused. The victim has an elder brother, and a sister, and a brother younger than her. Her mother works as a domestic help while her father is a daily wage laborer.
“Nawajis would tell me that if I was ready to give my life to him, why could I not part with my money? He brainwashed me into believing him”, says a video statement by the victim to a journalist after she had registered a case. She also stated in her statement that she was a victim of ‘love jihad’.

We as hindus have to be very aware and alert, otherwise Hinduism will be destroyed by Christianity and Islam forcefully in India. Sadly, hindus don’t have support from the indian government, as Nehru set it up as a secular country.
We have to alert the dangers of both Islam and Christianity to poor,naive Hindu people in hindi and other indian languages, through out India.
