Bangladesh: Abduction of Class 5 Hindu girl student in Chattagram, teacher Manjurul Islam arrested

Abduction of minor Hindu girls never stops in Muslim-majority Bangladesh. Almost everyday, Hindu girls are being abducted by Islamists. Now, a teacher abducted a minor Hindu girl(11) student, who is the student of his School in Chattagram. Following the complaint, the Police launched an investigation and arrested the teacher Muhammad Manjurul Islam(34). 

This heinous incident has been reported from the Nandankanan area under Kotwali Police Station of Chattagram town.

Officer-in-Charge(OC) of Kotwali Police Station Jahidul Kabir said, “After receiving the complaint, we started to track the accused school teacher. After few hours, we tracked the teacher in a hotel of the Bandarban area. We raided the hotel and recovered the minor girl.”

As per the complaint, Rupali Sarkar(Name changed) is a student of Fifth Class in Nandankanan Paharika Govt. School. On 12th of August, Saturday, Rupali was going to his private coaching class. On her way, teacher Manjurul Islam abducted her and took her to a hotel in the Bandarban area.

First, her father filed a missing complaint in Kotwali Police Station. Later, he filed another complaint, in which he complained that teacher Manjurul Islam abducted his minor daughter. After which, the Police launched an investigation and recovered the minor Hindu girl on 14th of August.
