From independence movement to terror support: The evolution of the Indian National Congress

From Independence Movement to Terror Support: The Evolution of the Indian National Congress

We all know that the Indian National Congress is a party that panders to specific vote banks. They have done this since 1947. #Israel #IsraelPalestineWar So, it should not surprise anyone that they have voiced support for the “legitimate aspirations” of the Palestinians, even as the world grapples with shocking videos of atrocities committed by Palestinian Hamas terrorists against Israeli men, women, and children.

This support comes at a time when even Arab nations like the UAE and Saudi Arabia are moving closer to Israel, and even Iranians, as a population, have expressed solidarity with Israel. So, the Congress supports the “legitimate aspirations” of the Palestinians. Let’s examine a few facts.

What are the “legitimate aspirations” of Hamas?

Hamas openly calls for the “destruction of Israel” and thereby end the “Israeli occupation”.

Why are we talking about Hamas when we talk about Palestine? Isn’t Hamas a militant organization?

Yes, Hamas is a militant organization that won the elections and currently governs Palestine The Congress talks about settling the dispute through negotiations.

Who doesn’t want negotiations?Hamas

Who refused to sign a former agreement between Israel and Palestine?

Hamas Let’s see who else supports the “legitimate aspirations” of the Hamas terrorists. Hamas enjoys the support of the Taliban, Hezbollah, ISIS, Muslim Brotherhood, CPI (M), and Indian National Congress, among others. The Congress is clearly in “excellent” company. This party ruled India for over 60 years.

While terrorists from across the border freely walked in and killed our innocent civilians, this party’s response was to engage in “peaceful negotiations” to address the Kashmir issue. “The well-planned and very orchestrated attacks, probably with external linkages, were intended to create a sense of panic by choosing high-profile targets and indiscriminately killing innocent foreigners” – This was the weak statement given by then-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh right after the 26/11 attacks—an attack that will be etched in the memory of every Indian for decades to come.

What happened in Israel is another 26/11! And no other population can understand this better than Indians. We have suffered from the same brand of terrorism since 1947! It’s a shame that a party that supposedly led the Indian independence movement is now reduced to a terror-supporting Indian political outfit.

The Congress’s statement should serve as a wake-up call for all. This party seems willing to do anything to secure a particular vote bank and regain power. And once in power, they will do all that they can to “eradicate Sanathana”
