As the election results for MP, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan began to unfold, the meltdown of the Congress supporters and leftist liberals on social media platform X was nothing short of a riveting spectacle.
Among the ones that suffered the most serious meltdown included a Tamil woman named Prabha Raj who goes by the handle @deepsealioness. She shot to fame among the left-liberal circles after writing her name in Urdu on Twitter.
Her reactions immediately after the results in the Hindi heartland were announced were telling. She has made xenophobic and racist comments about Hindi speakers in the past. This time, she called for their boycott in Chennai and TN. Hindu IT Cell taking cognisance of this made complaints with Chennai Police against her. Here are the problematic posts she made.
As the results came out, she wrote, “The Hindis have again shown how stupid they are #ElectionResult2023”
She wrote, “Do not buy from shops which engage North Indians. Am serious. Boycott is the only way.”
In another post, she wrote, “I most strongly than ever want North Indians not to migrate to south India. Enough of their hate politics. We deserve better. South Indians send back all Hindi speakers to their state.”
She is seen addressing Hindi speakers as “Hindis”. This is not the first time that she has spoken in this manner. Notably, as soon as the complaint was made, Prabha protected her X account and subsequently deleted it.
