Another girl trapped in Love Jihad net – Ayodhya, UP

One Khurshid Alam has been arrested for sexually exploiting a Hindu girl after befriending her using a fake Hindu identity in Ayodhya, UP. The girl discovered Alam’s true identity after seeing photos of his nikah (Muslim marriage).

The girl, originally from Sonbhadra district, came into contact with Alam over Facebook in 2016 – he had made a fake profile under the name of ‘Deepak Verma’. Soon they got into a relationship and on 22 September last year Alam took her to a guest house near Tulsi Udyan in Ayodhya. He also took the girl to Thakurganj area of Lucknow.  When the girl became pregnant, he made her abort.

Suspecting that she was being cheated, the girl started inquiring about the accused in Ayodhya, when she found his true identity and that he was already married. She lodged a complaint with police and Alam was arrested. Now, the girl and her family are being threatened.

Sant Rajudas of Hanumangarhi said that not just Alam, but others in his family too have been involved in ‘Love Jihad’, aka sexual grooming of Hindu girls by Muslim men. He demanded strict action, including application of NSA (National Security Act) against the accused.

‘Love Jihad’ aka grooming of Hindu and other non-Muslim girls, including minors, by Muslim men for sexual exploitation or forced conversion & marriage is rampant across Bharat. Recently, the Kerala Syro-Malabar Catholic Church said that Love Jihad is being used to make girls as sex slaves.
