In yet another grooming jihad case, a 16-year-old SC Hindu girl was abducted by one Aman Sheikh who posed as Amrut Ram Khairnar using forged documents like Aadhaar. The girl was kidnapped by the man when she was visiting the Sai Baba temple in Shirdi.
Sudarshan News reported that Sheikh kidnapped the girl after luring her into a relationship by faking his identity. The victim is a resident of Srirampur in Ahmednagar and the Muslim man is a resident of Ward No.2 in the same district. The girl was abducted sometime during the second week of November. Her parents had filed a complaint at the Ahmednagar police station and accused the ASP and PI of torturing them in favor of Aman Sheikh. The girl belongs to an SC Hindu community.
The victim’s mother who spoke to Sudarshan News said that cops told them that the investigation was underway but no action was taken even after 15 days. Sheikh’s mother reportedly runs a beauty parlor. The victim’s parents visited her to find out information about their daughter. But they couldn’t find Sheikh either at his home or in the neighborhood.
Opindia reported that the girl is a minor, born on December 6, 2004, and will turn major on December 6, 2022. The accused is trying to keep the girl out of her parents’ reach till she turns major, and cops are allegedly acting in favor of him by delaying the investigation. Opindia shared the victim’s School Leaving Certificate in which it can be seen that details about her Date of Birth(DOB) are true. The accused has forged a fake Aadhaar card in her name in which her DOB is mentioned as July 6, 1998.
Rashtriya Shriram Sangha, Hindu Dharmarakshak Sena and other Hindu outfits which came to know about the incident met the Upper District magistrate on November 26 and submitted a memorandum seeking immediate action in the case. BJP also took cognizance of the case and Bhatke Vimukta Yuva Aghadi’s district president Dattabhau Khemnar and BJP SC Morcha city president Sagar Shinde, Manoj Yadav, and Tilak Sonar met the Additional SP along with the girl’s parents to demand immediate action in the case. BJP and Hindu outfits threatened to stage protests if their demand for quick action isn’t fulfilled.
The matter was brought to the attention of the Chairman of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights(NCPCR) as well. Taking suo-moto cognizance, the commission has issued a notice to Ahmed Nagar police asking for a report in 48 hours.
Now these cases are coming at least daily, many days we hear 2-5 such cases. All cases same pattern: Muslim boy fakes name and traps Hindu girl.
When will we wake up and realise we are in serious trouble. A Samaj that is losing thousands (if not tens of thousands) a girls every year cannot be called secure in any way. It is diseased, and in serious need of remedy.
