Hindu voice getting stronger as they protest conversion and fake history in textbooks in AP & Telangana

In an undated video circulating on social media platform X, the Hindu residents of Kothuru village in Tadepalligudem Mandal, Andhra Pradesh, bid a “Dharmic” farewell to Gospel preachers – by chanting Jai Shri Ram. An announcement was made from the village temple, encouraging villagers to join in large numbers and make the “farewell” a grand success.

The states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana find themselves grappling with the persistent presence of gospel preachers as incidents of widespread conversion activities continue to unfold regularly.

In 2018, a village put up a board at the entrance asking preachers not to enter. Here is a report on it.

In another heartwarming display of unity, Hindus have come together in Telangana to voice out their condemnation of anti-Hindu lessons taught through the SCERT textbooks.

One of the textbooks for standard 5 of the Telangana State Board syllabus includes a story about Krishna. The story mentions that villagers were ruined after praying to the murti of Bhagwan Krishna. Upon noticing this, the teachers’ union complained to the SCERT for action. Ironically, a Tahseen Sultana sits on the committee for this particular textbook.

The Telangana Region Teachers Association (TAPAS)made the complaint, which asked for irrelevant material to be removed from the Class 5 Telugu textbook and action against those responsible.

In the complaint, they wrote, “The above point pleads with us that the preparation of textbooks should be done in such a way that patriotism, piety, and moral values are imparted to the students through textbooks in childhood. But in contrast, in the 5th class Telugu textbook, the students were taught atheism by giving the message that worshipping Bhagwan Krishna caused problems to the villagers in the verse given to the students in the process of reading fluently in the weekend test 1. Those responsible for such negligence should be removed from responsibility, and strict action should be taken, otherwise, legal action will be taken.”

In general, Hindus are fed up with the vultures roaming around, giving them unsolicited advice and preaching ill about their own Dharma. Instances like the recent civil disobedience act protesting the ban on Deepavali crackers are small yet promising signs of a resurgence in Hindu Dharma. It is crucial for more Hindus to proactively safeguard our Dharma, preventing its encroachment by Abrahamic culture and resisting imposition by elites and communists.
