“15 refugee Hindus from Pakistan reach Uttar Pradesh, plead for Indian citizenship from PM Modi and CM Yogi”, Newsum, August 8, 2023:
“Two Hindu families from Pakistan, who arrived at Uttar Prdaesh’s Chitrakoot around August 3 on a long-term visa (LTV), have appealed to the Centre to provide Indian citizenship. They have pleaded with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to consider their demands.
The families comprising 15 Hindus said that they migrated to India due to atrocities being committed against Hindus in the Islamic country.
According to a member Rakesh Kumar, 32, he along with his family migrated to India under duress as the conditions in Pakistan were going from bad to worse especially for the Hindu community…..”

If Indian citizenship is not awarded to these victims of genocides, they’ll have no where to go but to face death if forcibly expatriates. Such existential threat does not loom over any Muslim immigrants as they usually get safe haven to some other Islamic states.
