A recent claim of “Hindu terror” is being reported from Indore after a video of a Muslim man being thrashed by locals became viral on social media on Sunday. The video projecting the Muslim bangle-seller as a hapless victim being lynched by a Hindu crowd was being shared by several pro-Islamist Twitter users whose loyalties lie with the anti-Hindu political parties like the Congress. While sharing the video, these assorted Twitter accounts claimed that the poor vendor was being targeted as he was a Muslim who sold bangles in Hindu areas.

No other information was available in media till 23 August and the leftist-liberal-anti-Hindu cabal had a field day maligning the Hindus before the real course of events and the truth of the “poor” Muslim vendor were revealed. A case has also been lodged against three men accused of battering Ali, two have been arrested as well, and the location of the third one has been located. Ali has complained of being robbed of 10,000 cash and losing bangles worth 25,000 during the clash as well, which has also been duly noted.
Meanwhile, in a press briefing held on 23 August 2021, in Bhopal, MP Narottam Mishra, Home Minister of the state, stated “As per the report of the Home Department, the man was selling bangles using a Hindu name while he was from some other religion. There were two Aadhaar cards on him, allegedly fake. There is a ritual of women wearing new bangles during Saawan month. The issue between two sides started from there.”
Further, a police complaint has also been filed against the bangle-seller based on the accusations of a minor girl. The girl said that the accused had come to their house on Sunday, 22 August, in the afternoon when her father was away. Ali identified himself as Golu and presented to her a “half-burnt” Aadhaar card, alleges the minor. Ali had come at their door, presenting himself as a Hindu to sell bangles. “We began purchasing bangles from him. As my mother went to fetch money, the bangle-seller indecently looked at me and grabbed my hand, saying ‘I’ll help you wear bangles’. He also inappropriately touched my cheeks,” alleged the minor.
She adds in her complaint that she started screaming when he touched her. Her mother, who was inside, was alarmed and rushed to her rescue, after which the bangle-seller threatened the victim and fled from their house but neighbours and other residents caught him. It was then that the locals started to beat the harasser when the video of public thrashing of Ali was recorded and shared online.

Based on the victim’s allegations, Indore Police has registered a case against Ali booking him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). He has also been charged under other IPC sections like 420 (cheating) and 471 (using bogus documents), 467and 468.
Indore Police reveals that Ali was found carrying forged IDs. He had two Aadhar cards in his possession. One of the Aadhar cards identified him as Asleem, son of Mor Singh, while the second one identified him as Tasleem, with his father’s name as Mohar Ali. Superintendent of Police Ashutosh Bagri stated, “Cops have found two Aadhaar cards of different names from the carry bag of Ali besides a burnt voter identity card in which his name was not clear. But in the column of father’s name, ‘Mohan Singh’ has been printed.” The Police have also recovered a voter ID card from him that bears a different name again.

Congress spokesperson rushed to defend Ali. He shared a video of Ali on his Twitter handle in which Ali claims that “Years back, an identity card was made in my village with my pet name “Bhura” while in the Aadhaar card, my name is written as Tasleem Ali. None of these identity documents is fake, and they both are real.” However, he failed to explain why he still carried two Aadhar cards with altered names.
Muslim men forging Hindu identities to trap Hindu girls in Love Jihad or to carry out business are becoming a serious threat in the country. And remaining true to their colours, leftists liberals in the media fraternity use the criminality exhibited by the Muslim men as a ploy to generate sympathy for the Muslims and to project the Hindus as a radical group.
