Assam: 62 year old Asabbir Ali arrested for raping a minor girl

62 year old Asabbir Ali was arrested for raping a minor girl multiple times. He also threatened the minor girl to kill if she tells anyone about the Torture she faced. The incident is reported from Laxmibazaar area under Karimganj district.

Police said that a complaint was filed by the family members at the Girishganj Police outpost. The accused was arrested next day while he was trying to abscond.

According to the locals, Asabbir Ali was a repeated offender. Few years ago, he allegedly attempted assault on several minor girls of that area. When villagers confronted him, he apologized and promised not to do such offense in future.

But on Wednesday night, the girl was alone at home. The accused eneterd home and allegedly raped her forcibly. When her parents reached home, the girl said her parents about the incident.

According to police, a case has been started against the accused under 376(C) of the IPC and section-6 of the POCSO Act.

  1. Due to the descriptions of the …ahem…”performance”…ahem of the aging prophet described in the Hadith, having similar “performance” at late age is regarded as a great thing among cultists. Looks like 62 year old Asabbir Ali was trying to show-off his high performance as well. At age when Hindus look upon girls as their daughter, Asabbir Ali was looking upon them the same way that his prophet did—as potential sexual partner. A true believer, I would say.
