USCIRF ‘Religious Freedom’ in Bharat (and other western jokes): Who watches the watchers? PART 3

0

In the last part, we saw the alleged ‘unacceptable’ levels of rise in the satirical entity called ‘islamo-phobia’ in the west. But we’ll continue on it here nonetheless, with other poignant bits…

We already established USCIRF’s institutional blindness on many matters…

For example…

Its myopia on the anti-Semitism raging in US (and the west). It can’t see that seriously

enough, as far as ‘policy-recommendations’ is concerned.

Or for that matter, USCIRF’s daft ignorance to completely blind itself from the actual, brutal, holy-war being fought in the holy-land of their God.

Between Hamas Islamists and Israeli Jews.

One of the core-reasons of that very conflict is control of Jerusalem and other Abrahamic religious sites.

Hamas itself has said that it massacred Jews because of its alleged ‘wrong-doings’ in Al-Aqsa mosque. That worst massacre of Jews since holocaust itself was named after this mosque: Operation ‘Al-Aqsa storm’. That’s what Hamas called it.

I wonder after this, Islamo-Leftist in Bharat and elsewhere, who keep lamenting about Al-Aqsa, would do what HINOs and other raging anti-Hindu monsters do for Ram-Mandir in Ayodhya – and other occupied Hindu holy sites: give up their devotion for this Al-Aqsa mosque, disown it completely and scream, from every-stage, every chance they get: ‘Not in my name!’

In fact, in the whole 98 page long USCIRF 2023 report, there wasn’t a single mention of the word “Hamas”.

Or even “Palestine”.

It has at least 25 mentions of the word “antisemitic” in the 2023 report (that talked about 2022 issues); it uses every opportunity to demonize countries like even Russia for anti-Semitism – that has historically fought against actual, real Nazis, sacrificing 10s of millions of its people; but USCIRF wouldn’t have a single mention of Palestinian Jihadis – Hamas is actually designated by US State Department as a foreign terrorist organization – which have committed the single biggest anti-Semitic massacre of jews in a day since holocaust.

Yes, there was a press-release about stuff like that too. But it came after Oct 7 massacre.

It wasn’t as if Hamas wasn’t as much or as big an anti-Semitic genocidal group of monsters before, as its proven to be in last 2 months in front of entire world – to the shameless, not even barely disguised glee of woke left in the west, and other Abrahamic countries who were only too celebratory after seeing this horrific massacre of innocent Jewish (+other) civilians on the soil of world’s only Jewish State.

Lets not even waste too many words on an actual, Ukrainian ,WW-II era Nazi being given a standing ovation in Canadian parliament, where Khalistanis’ favorite clown Justinder was clapping happily – along with Jewish Ukrainian president Zelenskyy.

Similarly, there’s not a single word for George Soros in USCIRF reports who had funneled 15 million dollars, at least, to fund alleged ‘charities’ whose members have been turned out to be raging anti-Semites and supported destruction of Israel through their tacit – and sometimes brazen – support for Hamas. Before and after Oct 7.

It was Soros, who had massively funded BLM mobsters, too, who celebrated Hamas para-glider invasion of Israel.

They have, by now, twice, invaded US Capitol! They breached it once, on Oct 18. Leading to 300 of arrests, while they were assaulting officers. And then, brazenly, again, on Dec 11, where they stormed the senate’s Hart building, leading to 49 arrests.

Both these insurrections were by anti-Semitic groups funded by George Soros, according to reports.

And considering January 6 riots by trump supporters was called a “threat to Democracy” itself, with the unprecedented result being Donald Trump recently getting barred by a Democrat majority Colorado top court, from contesting Republican Primary for presidential election specifically because “he caused an insurrection’… won’t USCIRF express alarm over at least that? the fact that those anti-Semities who’d done it TWICE?

(It’s another interesting bit to ponder what these western jokers… err ‘guardians of democracy’ are celebrating now, who themselves screamed non-stop against dynasty-prince-pappu’s conviction, by a Bharatiya state’s top-court – hence causing his automatic expulsion from Parliament – and immediately these western jokers… err, ‘defenders of democracy’ declared it ‘death of democracy’ in Bharat, because he was, inexplicably, considered THE ‘biggest political rival’ to PM Modi by the west. ‘Modi removed him from political-scene!’ was the quite baffling charge from the west, when in fact Modi had not lifted even a finger against dynasty prince. Privileged, arrogant, colonially educated, dynasty-prince-pappu was being disgustingly bigoted for a whole community and was punished by a court for his bigotry. That simple. Not to mention the fact that he and his cheerleaders on the left, have encouraged a khalistani/left-wing joint insurrection against Bharat itself! On no less than a day than the one on which we celebrate our entire constitution: 26 January!)

And all this, when I have limited myself to only anti-semitism and islamo-phobia.

The Abrahmo-Leftist world’s only 2 major concerns, as far as ‘religious-freedom’ is seriously concerned anywhere in the matters of policy. (Plus missionaries getting caught in all sorts of shady and seditious stuff but only when it happen in foreign infidel countries.)

I haven’t uttered a single word about US State-Department and its Deep-State’s religious propaganda arm USCIRF’s massive hatred against Hindus.

To say nothing about their reckless abandoning of the sacred western principle: Rule of Law. Whose 1 of the essential tenets is : “Innocent until proven guilty.” But USCIRF’s (and western) institutionalized anti-Hindu hatred is so much that dragged in this press-release ‘alleged’ Bharatiya security agencies’ involvement ‘in what they declared as ‘targeting religious minorities abroad’, in what US and west has recently coined as ‘Transnational Repression.’ Never mind the FACT that no court, even in the US, has declared ANYONE, either Bharatiya or western, GUILTY , of this crime yet.

And that really, is the biggest, most unbelievably ironical genocidal joke of all.

Considering US was the country which led the invasion and slaughtered 1 million and displaced 9.2 million ‘Muslim’ people in Iraq (which is a conservative estimate and just limited to Iraq, with total displacement caused by US War on Terror standing at a staggering 37 million), but anyway, they were ‘Muslims’, a ‘religious minority’ according to US demographic, and America did it on mere US intelligence propaganda of “Weapons or Mass Destruction”, again, “WITHOUT ANY HARD EVIDENCE.” Before or even after the invasion. Not a single such ‘weapon’ was ever found.

To say nothing about their OTHER invasion, that of Afghanistan, from where their War on Terror began, and yes, Taliban may have been an extremely repressive, drug overlord regime, but, as far as Taliban’s role in 9/11 Twin Tower attacks were concerned, it’s responsibility was limited to only and ONLY what US ‘itself’ has been doing across decades, for khalistanis and other terrorists from other countries: Taliban had ONLY given refuge to Al-Qaeda on its soil. It had no-role, NONE, in any of Al-Qaeda activities against US. (This is obviously a matter for another article, something that’s not being reminded to US often enough, when it comes to khalistani and other terrorists on its soil – even by our nationalist media – but for now this short reminder should suffice.)

And that’s just 2 of the most infamous examples of US’s War on Terror. It was, indeed, a global war worth trillions of dollars and triggering a global financial crisis in 2008.

But these 2 examples represent some of the most egregious, genocidal examples of ‘Transnational Repression’ of ”religious minorities’ the west has committed ‘itself.’  For which US and indeed, the entire NATO ‘itself’ should’ve been held accountable for war crimes and genocide.

And I haven’t even gone back to the history beyond the new millennium. Vietnam. Korea. Bharat. Bangladesh. Latin America… that sort of ‘Transnational Repression’ stuff of ethnic minorities.

But alas…like I said, ‘itself’ is a damned inconvenient word for western hypocrites. Especially for Soros-esque globalist elites in the Deep State whose interpretation of ‘geopolitics’ thrive on innocent blood of butchered Global South people.

The fact is simple: Even without demanding ANY accountability for that series of genocides carried across 2 Islamic Nations, (or other historical wrongs pre-2000) by US and its other NATO lackeys, If everyone is still hell-bent on highlighting how bad religious freedom had been in the US (and the west) – and especially for religious minorities, like Jews and Muslims, then shouldn’t USCIRF ask, at least, that these countries be declared ‘Countries of Particular Concern’ and be sanctioned?

Much before they ought to be focusing on Bharat? No?

And so… ultimately, it all boils down to 2 moral/religious lessons West quite likes to preach ‘itself’:

‘Do unto others, what you’d like them do unto you.’

And, more grimly and grey-ish-ly…

‘Who watches the watchers?’

Bengal ration scam: License of Rahman’s rice mills renewed illegally, says ED

Bakibur Rahman, the Kolkata-based businessman arrested in the ration distribution case in West Bengal, managed to get the license of his rice mill renewed flouting all norms, as per the latest documents available with the sleuths of Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigating the case.

Sources said the licenses for Rahaman-owned NPG Rice Mill was renewed twice even as the investigation by the Enforcement Branch (EB) of West Bengal Police was happening.

The allegation against the entity was regarding the misuse of foodgrains procured from the farmers for the public distribution system (PDS) by selling them in the open market at premium prices.

Sources pointed out that as per norms the licenses for any such entity cannot be renewed if there is a pending investigation against it by any agency on charges of irregularities. The license will not be renewed as long as the probe against it is completed and the investigation agency gives a clean chit to the entity at the end of the investigation.

Sources said that the investigating ED officials are of firm belief that the renewal of license for Rahaman’s mill and that too twice with pending probe against it was only possible because of the silent backing from the former state food & supplies minister Jyotipriya Mallick, who had been arrested by the central agency in October this year because of his alleged involvement in ration distribution case.

The ED sleuths doubt the involvement of the senior official in the license- renewal wing of the state food & supplies department behind this foul play. At the time of license renewal, the officers of the said wing has to cross-check whether there is any pending investigation against the mill concerned and accordingly recommend whether the case is fit for renewal or not.

Ram temple consecration: Pressure mounts on Congress from IUML against attending

With the Congress party last week thanking the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for the invitation to the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22, pressure has started to mount on the grand old party from the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) in Kerala not to fall for the agenda set by the BJP.

In Kerala, IUML is the second-biggest ally of the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) and on Wednesday its General Secretary, PMA Salam, warned the Congress not to take the BJP’s bait.

“Ahead of all elections, the BJP comes out with one or the other gimmicks and this is one which is an agenda to turn our country into a Hindu country. The BJP is trying to create unnecessary tension and the Congress party should not fall into the trap,” said Salam.

The Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama, a Sunni organisation based here also came down strongly on the Congress party and this was made clear in its Wednesday’s editorial which said the soft Hindutva stand taken by the Congress party has dealt a telling blow.

“This was seen in the recent Assembly polls which saw the Congress taking a heavy beating. The CPI(M) and the CPI sensing that this is a litmus test to turn India into a Hindu country, decided not to attend the function. Likewise the Congress party also should take such a stand,” read the editorial.

On Wednesday, AICC General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal ducked the question put to him on the possibility of the Congress party attending the consecration.

“Casting off colonial era baggage, India’s criminal justice system ushers in a new era”, First Post, December 26, 2023:

“Ex-Congress stalwart and Constituent Assembly member K Hanumanthaiya had said this on 17 November, 1949: “We hoped for the sweet melodies of veena or sitar, but what we got was the sound of an English band.” He was referring to “colonial continuity” in post-independence India.

Over time, many systems embraced a more Indian identity, but unfortunately, the criminal justice system held on to the laws that the British used against Indians. There was a need for an overhaul and the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs, in its 146th report published in 2010, suggested that it’s essential to thoroughly review the country’s criminal justice system.

Earlier, in its 111th and 128th reports, the Parliamentary Committee had emphasised the importance of improving criminal laws through comprehensive legislation rather than making small changes to existing acts. No government took an interest in shedding the shackles of the colonial past as the hangover of colonial continuity gave them comfort…..”

Vivo China through Vivo India acquired over Rs 20K crore proceeds of crime: ED probe

Vivo China through Vivo India created an elaborate network of companies under a corporate veil and acquired proceeds of crime (PoC) to the tune of over Rs 20,000 crore, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) probe has revealed.

The details were revealed in the charge sheet filed by the ED before a court here on December 7.

The charge sheet, which has been viewed by IANS, claimed, “Vivo China, through Vivo India, created an elaborate network of companies under a corporate veil and on piercing the corporate veil, the real beneficial ownership and control of all these entities is revealed.

“In other words, all the SDCs are controlled by Vivo India which in turn are controlled by Vivo China. By creating the said meshed and pan-India structure, Vivo India has acquired PoC to the tune of Rs 2,02,41,17,72,292.89.”

The ED alleged that the PoC acquired were then siphoned off by Vivo India to “overseas trading companies” many of which are in control of Vivo China.

Those named in the charge sheet, filed before a special court on December 7, include Rai, Guangwen Kyang alias Andrew Kuang (a Chinese national who allegedly played a key role in Vivo’s money laundering activities), Garg and Malik (statutory auditor of Lava). Vivo as a company has also been named as an accused in the charge sheet.

They have been charged under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

The ED probe that began in 2022 has revealed that the Chinese phone manufacturer had incorporated 19 more companies in various cities after its entry into India in 2014.

These companies had Chinese nationals as their directors and/or shareholders and controlled the complete supply chain of Vivo Mobiles in India.

A Delhi court recently sent three arrested top executives of the company to three-day ED custody.

On December 23, the ED arrested the three accused — Vivo India interim CEO Hong Xuquan, chief financial officer (CFO) Harinder Dahiya and consultant Hemant Munjal — in connection with its probe.

“Western media’s hypocrisy in reporting on India and the Global South: A call for change”, First Post, December 26, 2023:

“Grey Zone Warfare has acquired a major salience in recent times, especially in creating and pushing narratives to form or distort public opinion. This is done to extract a disproportionate mileage and is enabled a great deal by the advent of social media whose reach, far and wide, has become exceptional.

A great deal is invested by various powers in powerful media across the world, through ownerships, extortion and offerings and financial leverage in the garb of pursuing a principled stance on several issues that are invented daily. But often this tool of misinformation, disinformation or skewed narratives is used against adversaries. It principally and normally need not be used against your friends, especially the strategic partners.

Western media with the connivance of their masters and deep state tend to target rising powers including India. This has been frequently witnessed since In the realm of international journalism, the western media’s coverage of India and the Global South has increasingly been criticised for its biased and often misleading portrayal.  The good news is no news is often the refrain. This trend, far from being a series of isolated incidents, reflects a deeper systemic problem and strategic game plan that distorts the global narrative and hinders mutual understanding and cooperation in our interconnected world…..”

Kerala farmer gets Rs 515 ‘relief’ after submitting application to CM Vijayan!

A farmer got Rs 515 relief after submitting an application to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan during his statewide tour.

The farmer from Iritty in Kannur, which is the home district of the CM, had in November submitted his application for relief to Vijayan’s team of state government officials who were collecting representations from people.

The poor farmer’s representation was that he had taken a loan of Rs four lakh to renovate his house and was finding it tough to repay and gave an application for some relief.

When the yatra left Kasargod, CM Vijayan had pointed out that all the representations will be looked into and a solution will be found in a matter of two weeks to 45 days.

And eagerly waiting for a relief, the farmer was startled to find out the reply he got on his application a few days ago from the Kerala Bank. The reply said that he has been given a relief of Rs 515 and will remit the balance due of Rs 3,97,216 latest by December 31.

State Congress vice president V.T. Balaram, a former legislator said this poor farmer had to forgo his day’s work as a labourer where he earns Rs 1,000 to submit his application, and what he got was a relief of Rs 515.

Incidentally, the Congress-led opposition has slammed the statewide tour of Vijayan.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s statewide luxury bus trip with his cabinet touching all the 140 Assembly constituencies that began from Kasargod ended here on Saturday.

Named as the ‘Nava Kerala Yatra’, Vijayan and the ruling Left claimed it was a huge success, while the opposition termed it as the ‘last’ trip of a Communist government in India, but on Tuesday the travails of a poor farmer in Vijayan’s home district Kannur has become the butt of jokes.

The government on Tuesday issued an advisory to all social media intermediaries, to ensure compliance with the existing IT rules and specifically target the growing concerns around misinformation powered by AI — deepfakes.

The advisory mandates that intermediaries communicate prohibited content, particularly those specified under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, clearly and precisely to users.”A formal advisory has been issued incorporating the ‘agreed to’ procedures to ensure that users on these platforms do not violate the prohibited content in Rule 3(1)(b),” Minister of State for Electronics and IT, Rajeev Chandradekhar said.”If such legal violations of the IT rules are noted or reported. then the consequences under law will follow,” he added. The advisory emphasises that digital intermediaries must ensure users are informed about penal provisions, including those in the IPC and the IT Act 2000, in case of Rule 3(1)(b) violations.”The users must be made aware of the various penal provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) 1860, the IT Act, 2000 and such other laws that may be attracted in case of violation of Rule 3(1)(b). In addition, the terms of service and user agreements must clearly highlight that intermediaries/platforms are under obligation to report legal violations to the law enforcement agencies under the relevant Indian laws applicable to the context,” the advisory further added.Rule 3(1)(b) within the due diligence section of the IT rules mandates intermediaries to communicate their rules, regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement in the user’s preferred language. They are also obliged to ensure reasonable efforts to prevent users from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, storing, updating, or sharing any information related to the 11 listed user harms or content prohibited on digital intermediaries. This rule aims to ensure platforms identify and promptly remove misinformation, false or misleading content, and material impersonating others, including deepfakes.Over a period of one month, Chandrasekhar convened pivotal stakeholder meetings with industry leaders to address the pressing issue of deepfakes.During the meeting, he highlighted the urgency for all platforms and intermediaries to strictly adhere to the current laws and regulations, emphasising that the IT rules comprehensively address the menace of deepfakes.”Misinformation represents a deep threat to the safety and trust of users on the Internet. Deepfake, which is misinformation powered by AI, further amplifies the threat to safety and trust of our Digital Nagriks,” said the minister.”It is PM Narendra Modi government’s mission to ensure that the internet is safe & trusted and all intermediaries are accountable under law for the safety and trust of the Digital Nagriks that use the Indian Internet,” he added.

“Transitioning India to Bharat. New book explains why 2024 is important for Modi and Bharat”, Swarajyamag, December 26, 2023:

“Modi & India: 2024 and the Battle for Bharat. Rahul Shivshankar and Siddhartha Talya. Penguin. 2023. Price Rs 699. Pages 231, excluding notes.

Few journalists are as eminently qualified to give us a panoramic view of Bharat under Narendra Modi’s ministrations than Rahul Shivshankar, a prime-time TV news anchor whose career began well before 2014.

Even if you are not particularly addicted to watching these, often toxic, prime-time debates, the anchors at the centre of this verbal scrimmage get more opportunities than most of us to not only record what politicians and other guests formally say on camera, but what they may quietly agree with behind-the-scenes…..”
