On the 25th of January night, the Police arrested a Madrasa teacher for raping four minor boys inside the Madrasa. The arrested teacher has been identified as Saiful Islam(35).
Saiful Islam is a teacher of the Al-Faruq Islamic Academy, situated in Chatkhil Upazila of Noakhali district.
After receiving multiple complaints from the parents, the Police raided the Madrasa on Thursday night and arrested the accused teacher.
Investigating Officer of the Chatkhil Police Station, Mujibur Rahman, said, “The accused teacher sodomised the minor boys inside the Madrasa by threatening them. All the boys are 10 to 12 years of age. Immediately after receiving the complaint, we arrested the accused teacher.”
According to the Police, the arrested teacher was produced before the district court and was sent to judicial custody.
