A Hindu girl of the Chattagram became a victim of Love Jihad. The Hindu girl is converted to Islam. After the conversion, the girl married an Islamist, who is already married. 

The victim girl is identified as Pushpita Das(18). After conversion, she became Jannatul Naima Chowdhury and married an Islamist named Sabbir Chowdhury(42). 

However, after the conversion, the Hindu girl left her family and married Sabbir. 

However, the girl’s parents filed a case in the Chattragram District Court. In the filed petition, they alleged that her daughter had been abducted and converted to Islam. 

Taking note of the petition, the court directed the police to recover the girl. After this, the police recovered the girl and produced her before the court. The court has sent the girl into safe custody. 

Meanwhile, Islamists in large numbers gathered in the court premises. They raised slogans and tried to put pressure on the judiciary. However, the court didn’t hand over the girl to the Islamists. 

Hindu activists alleged that several conversion gangs are active in the district. The gangs are targeting young Hindu boys and girls. In many cases, it has been seen that young girls and boys are leaving their families after the conversion. 

Her parents alleged that their daughter married a Muslim man who was already married. The Muslim man has two wives at home. My daughter has been abducted and converted forcefully. They urged the administration to return their daughter.
