The Vijay’s Sherawali mandir in Hayward, California, USA has been vandalized with pro-Khalistani graffiti, as per a tweet posted by Hindu American Foundation (HAF).
Two slogans ‘Modi Is Terrorist’ and ‘Khalistan Zindabad’ were scrawled in black spray paint over a sign with the mandir’s name. This defacement is the third attack on a Hindu mandir in the area over the last two weeks, said HAF. A Swaminarayan mandir was vandalized in a similar manner two weeks back, and one week ago a theft occurred at the Shiv Durga temple in the same area. HAF added that it is in touch with temple leaders, the local police department, and US Department of Justice over these attacks.
HAF also urged all temple leaders to follow their ‘temple safety guide‘ which discusses how temple graffiti qualifies as a hate crime, and why all temples need to install working security cameras and alarm systems in view of the rising threat from Khalistan proponents as well as other anti-Hindu actors.
Recently, ahead of PM Modi’s Jaipur visit, “Khalistan SFJ Zindabad” slogans were scrawled on Rajasthan International Center by pro-Khalistan terror outfit SFJ which is led by dual US-Canada citizen and lawyer Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Pannun is a designated terrorist who has been named in chargesheets by Bharat’s premier investigative agency NIA. He operates openly from both US and Canada, despite regularly calling for violence on social media (including a threat to blow up an airliner) and making veiled threats of assassination against Bharat’s PM, other leaders, officials and diplomats.
Recently, US authorities claimed that they ‘thwarted a plot to assassinate Pannun on American soil’. That story was placed in public sphere through one of the Anglosphere’s media mouthpieces, Financial Times (FT). As per the FT report, US officials issued a “warning” to the Bharatiya government against the alleged plot to attack Khalistani terrorist Pannun on American soil. The US govt even indicted an unnamed Bharatiya government agency employee and another Bharatiya national Nikhil Gupta (52), who was arrested at the behest of the Americans in the Czech Republic, for this alleged plot. Gupta’s family filed a plea in Bharat’s Supreme Court saying that he was wrongfully detained and is being treated badly in Prague, where he is kept in solitary confinement and forced to eat beef in violation of his Hindu beliefs.
The Canadian government has also made unsubstantiated allegations that Bharat is targeting Khalistani terrorists on its soil. In September 2023, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau accused Indian agents of being involved in the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
But both Canada and USA have maintained total silence on why they are allowing such fanatical sponsors of terror to operate from their soil in the first place, including those who are facing serious charges in Bharat, a country that both USA and Canada call a ‘trusted partner’?
As this OpIndia report shows, both US and Canada have brazenly ignored the several requests made by Bharat, following all the tenets of international law, to extradite wanted terrorists and criminals –
“Countries like the US and Canada have ignored Interpol notices and India’s requests for the extradition of wanted criminals. In January this year, India requested extradition of several criminals. Some of them include Mandeep Singh Nijjar, Satinderjeet Singh alias Goldy Brar, Lakhbir Singh alias Landa, Gurjit Singh Cheema, Gurjinder Singh Pannu, Tehal Singh and Malkeet Singh alias Fauji. All of these have Interpol’s Red Corner Notices issued against them.
Furthermore, lookout notices were issued against Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dalla, Ramandeep Singh alias Raman Judge, and Snover Dhillon. The Red Corner Notices against them are pending.”
Those in the intelligence community know why Pannun and other Khalistani-Islamic terrorists sworn to the break-up of Bharat are being provided safe harbor in Anglosphere nations, led by USA and UK. Reports indicate that Bharat’s NSA Ajit Doval even told his American counterpart Jake Sullivan that Bharat knows Pannun is a CIA agent. Continuing with the British colonial government’s divide and rule policy, it is said that the Nixon administration in USA had initiated a covert action plan in collusion with Pakistan in 1971 to encourage a separatist movement in Punjab. Both US and Canada, and by extension the entire Anglosphere (which includes UK, Australia, New Zealand or the ‘Five Eyes’ alliance), have been known to support Khalistani terrorists for decades.
The recurrent vandalism of Hindu mandirs in USA, Canada, UK and even Australia by Khalistanis and the other hate crimes that law-abiding Hindu citizens and immigrants in those countries are being subjected to, and the impunity with which these terrorists are being allowed to plot and direct terrorist attacks on Bharatiya soil, shows that what the West says and what it does are two different things.
