“The National Investigation Agency (NIA) Sunday filed a charge sheet in the Pune ISIS terror module case.

The charge sheet was filed against the 7 accused for being involved in the collection and raising of funds for the terrorist organisation to further its activities relating to terror and violence, news agency ANI reported.

The charge sheet, before the NIA Special Court in Mumbai, includes various sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UA(P) Act), Explosive Substances Act, Arms Act and the Indian Penal Code (IPC)……”
