“I.N.D.I. ally DMK Leader RS Bharathi mocks MGR; Glorifies DMK’s separatist history; Says only DMK men can claim to be born to one father”, The Commune Mag, March 2, 2024:

“A recent gathering took place to commemorate the birthday of DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin in Salavakkam near Uthramerur, Kanchipuram district. The event, led by DMK union secretary Kumar and attended by Uttaramerur assembly member Sundar and Kanchipuram MP G. Selvam, featured DMK’s Organizing Secretary RS Bharati as a speaker.

During his address, Bharati made incendiary remarks against opposition party leaders, including former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MG Ramachandran (MGR) and Prime Minister Modi, while also making unsubstantiated claims.

When discussing MGR, he mocked the circumstances of his death, linking it to the AIADMK founder’s speech where he called for the banning of the DMK…..”
