Massive infiltration is going on through unfenced borders of North-Eastern states of Bharat and it is reflected in the recent data provided by Northeast Frontier Railways. In one and half month, Railway Protection Force(RPF) Personnel arrested 92 Muslim infiltrators from different trains of that route.
Yesterday, Chief Public Relations Officer of NFR, Sabyasachi Dey said, “This number is from 1st of June to 11th of July. Between this time, RPF personnel arrested 92 infiltrators from different trains and stations. Most numbers of infiltrators arrested from Agartala, Kumarghat, Dharmanagar and New Jalpaiguri (BJP) Station.Station
He also presented details data of arrested infiltrators. On 11th of July, RPF personnel of Dharmanagar Post with the help of local Police and BSF conducted a search operation at Kumarghat Railway Station. A total 12 Rohingyas were arrested. On the same day, RPF and GRP jointly searched Agartala Railway Station of Tripura and arrested 3 Bangladeshi Muslim infiltrators. All of them entered Bharat through unfenced borders of Tripura.
On 10th of July, RPF arrested a Bangladeshi citizen from Haldibari-New Jalpaiguri Passenger Train for illegally entering Bharat. Before that, on 9th of July, RPF arrested 6 Rohingyas from Agartala Railway Station. Before that, on 6th of July, RPF arrested 8 Bangladeshi citizens from Agartala Railway Station.
Chief Public Relations Officer of North Frontier Railways stated that RPF personnel on duty on every routes are very sincere and diligent and they are always vigilant on illegally infiltrators.
