A minor girl who was abducted two months ago from Kotwali Sector-63 area of Noida has been recovered from Maharashtra. The police have also arrested the young man who had seduced and abducted the girl and sent him to the jail.
The accused Sohail Nadaf has claimed to get the minor girl married in the court by making a fake Aadhaar card. At the same time, the minor girl has claimed that sohail was pressuring him for conversion for two months. The accused was caught by the police even before he could succeed in his plans.
The Minor’s family hails from Madhubani district of Bihar, and it has been living in Kotwali Sector-63 area of Noida for couple of years. The victim’s family lodged an FIR on April 28, stating that on April 22, at 11 am, their 17-year-old daughter had left home to go to the shop to deliver food, but did not return home after that.
The family had raised suspicion of kidnapping on Sohail Nadaf, who also belongs to Madhubani. Police formed three teams to recover the girl. On Saturday, the police recovered both from Mumbai in Maharashtra. The accused was arrested and presented in the court, from where he was sent to jail.
The minor girl told her parents that the accused had taken her on the pretext of feeding her paratha on April 22. When she regained consciousness later, she found herself in Punjab. After this, the accused took him to Bihar, where he got her signed on some papers.
After this, he took him to his brother in Maharashtra, where both were pressurized her for conversion to Islam. She was also tortured in various ways for not accepting the Islam, but she refused to convert.
Girl’s family claimed that their daughter is still a minor. Aadhaar card and other educational documents are also available, but the accused fraudulently got the girl’s Aadhaar card made, making her age 21 years. On the same basis, the accused married her in the court.
Minor’s family has demanded a strict action against the accused. Kotwali in-charge Amit Kumar Mann said that the statement of the minor girl will be recorded before the magistrate, past that further action will be taken.
This is new flavour of paratha. I had heard of alu paratha, gobi paratha, but this girl was fed special jihad paratha which is mixed with drugs to make Muslim paratha makers job of abducting Hindu woman easier.
