Was Christian occult cult behind Arya Nair from Kerala’s death in Arunachal Pradesh

Naveen Thomas, a native of Kottayam Meenadam, his wife Devi Madhavan and their friend Arya B Nair from Thiruvananthapuram were found dead on 2 April. When the bodies were recovered from the hotel room, the wrists of the three were slit. But, the Keralites were found dead under mysterious circumstances at Hapoli in Ziro valley of Arunachal Pradesh.

Three stainless steel razor blades used to cut the body were also recovered. The incisions were made with separate blades. Police obtained evidence that all three were following sinister superstitions and black magic.

Both Devi and Arya wore bangles studded with black stones. These black stone bracelets, believed to be occult objects, were recovered from the hotel room. The investigation team found unique stones and pictures from Thomas’s car and concluded that these were those mentioned in email messages retrieved earlier. Such stones are also mentioned in the messages sent to Arya from a ”Don Bosco ” email address.

All these point to superstition.

Arya, a native of Vattiyoorkavu (Thiruvananthapuram suburb), was a teacher. There were no gold ornaments on her dead body. It is also suspected that her jewellery was sold for money. The investigation into the incident is progressing under the Thiruvananthapuram Deputy Commissioner P Nidhinraj’s team.

Malayala Manorama reported that the Cyber Police confirmed that Arya handled the email ID Donbosco. No one else is involved, and the police have been unable to provide an external motive. Why would Arya send emails to herself from her own email address? Is there a rush to end the mystery of the incident with only the dead trio?

Kerala police found a document containing several hundred pages discussing occultism and extraterrestrial life in Arya’s email account. In 2021, Arya received this propaganda from an unknown mail ID. Authorities wrote to the email service provider requesting account information.

The New Indian Express report on 6 April stated.

According to another source with Kerala police, the document Arya received was in PDF format and related to aliens, intergalactic travel, etc. “There’s detailed mention of extraterrestrial life. The document exults extraterrestrial life and talks of aliens visiting Earth. It refers to an imminent alien invasion and takeover of the planet. But there is no mention of any ceremonies or sacrifices,” said a source.

Malayala Manorama claimed it was a fake email ID Arya, Naveen, and Devi created to discuss superstition. They added that this is the story the police have discovered so far, and they believe no other person is behind the superstition.

Thomas started believing in extraterrestrial life eight years ago. He turned to superstition in 2016 while working as an Ayurvedic doctor. The doctor then tried to make his wife Devi a part of that belief, but she did not give in completely.

With this, Naveen tried to make five friends, including a Christian priest, a part of his strange thoughts. They rejected his proposals and propaganda. But Thomas believed the continuous floods would soon destroy the earth, and he should be reborn on another planet. Eventually, Devi became addicted through Thomas’s advice.

Meanwhile, Arya and Devi met in 2020 while teaching at a school in Thiruvananthapuram. At the private school, Devi taught German, and Arya taught French. Devi helped Thomas groom Arya and succeeded in bringing Arya into their cult. Later, Arya became more superstitious than Devi. Incidentally, Devi, too, is a Hindu name, and Abrahamics do not have Bhagvathis.

Arya’s behaviour changed, and her family suspected a fake closeness between the three. Arya’s family admitted her for counselling. Despite being forbidden to be intimate with Devi, the trio remained in touch secretly and brainwashed Arya into occultism. Suspicions were strengthened by Arya’s family’s claim that Thomas forced her to join a cult.

In March 2023, Thomas and Devi participated in meditation in the villages of Arunachal Pradesh. They chose Arunachal for death and took Arya there on completion of one year. The police also believe that a desire for rebirth may be the reason for choosing the path of death.

it is alleged that Thomas made the cuts on the victims and then slit his wrist. The forensic surgeon who conducted the autopsy said the wounds on the ladies were deep and could have been inflicted by someone with expertise. Arya’s family alleged Thomas prompted her to join an online cult group that dealt with paraphysics. Arya’s marriage was scheduled to take place later this month.

The police are still confused about their choice of location for death. Have they recovered the email ID details of the sender who forwarded the PDF file to Arya? Why is the media trying to shield Thomas, and why do they insist on calling him Naveen? Abrahamic grooming of Hindu girls for the wrong reasons is an uncomfortable truth that many fail to address.
