Jalaluddin’s ₹100 crore jihadist syndicate: Foreign funds, love traps, illegal land deals, and legal abuse fueled a nationwide religious conversion conspiracy targeting Hindu girls

A massive religious conversion syndicate targeting Hindu girls through deceit and coercion has been busted in Uttar Pradesh, with its mastermind Jalaluddin, alias Changur Baba, now under arrest. As per Jagran, the racket operated under the garb of spiritual healing and social service but was actually a well-funded criminal enterprise using love jihad tactics to convert Hindu and other non-Muslim girls. The operation had international links, foreign funding, and a trail of illegal land deals spread across multiple states, with Maharashtra, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia emerging as key nodes in this anti-Hindu conspiracy.

In a powerful show of state response, the UP administration demolished a lavish mansion in Utraula belonging to Neetu Naveen Rohra, a close aide of Changur Baba. Neetu, who had adopted a Muslim identity but continued to use a Hindu name to purchase properties, was instrumental in luring Hindu girls and funneling illegal funds. The demolition was carried out after multiple legal notices and revealed that the mansion stood on encroached government land, further exposing the brazen illegality at the heart of the syndicate.

Foreign funds, fake trusts, and land scams

Investigations by the ATS (Anti-Terrorism Squad) unearthed a vast network of foreign funding and land grabbing, with Changur Baba investing crores in disputed properties through his associates. Notably, a ₹16 crore land deal in Pune’s Mawal tehsil was uncovered, facilitated by Naveen, alias Jamaluddin, Neetu’s husband. These deals were linked to shell organizations and involved individuals like Eidul Islam of Nagpur, who posed as a national-level secretary of a shadowy group and played a key role in illegally converting common land into private holdings.

Further scrutiny revealed that over ₹40 crore had been transferred to Naveen’s bank accounts from Gulf countries, with Neetu managing multiple accounts used for suspicious transactions. Investigators are also probing eight more accounts tied to fake trusts and businesses like Aswi Enterprises and Aswi Charitable Trust. These accounts served as fronts for laundering foreign funds into Bharat, all to finance the systematic targeting and conversion of vulnerable Hindu girls.

Dubai trips, illegal construction, and legal intimidation

The extent of deception and manipulation goes even deeper. Neetu and Naveen traveled to Dubai 19 times, often separately, raising serious concerns about their activities abroad. ‘Changur Baba’ himself visited Saudi Arabia in 2018 using a second passport. During raids, authorities found that agricultural land had been illegally converted to construct luxury buildings,, including a bungalow, hospital, showrooms, and more, all funded through illegal money and without government approval.

Even more disturbing are the mafia-style operation tactics of the syndicate. A contractor who built properties for Changur Baba was beaten and falsely implicated under the SC/ST Act when he asked for his dues. This points to not just criminality, but systematic abuse of Bharat’s legal system to protect a jihadist conversion racket operating under religious camouflage.

Jihadist front falls in Utraula; zero tolerance on anti-Hindu conspiracy

In a decisive move against religious extremism disguised as spiritual guidance, the Uttar Pradesh Police and Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) have arrested Jalaluddin, the mastermind behind a ₹100 crore illegal conversion syndicate that preyed on Hindu girls. Along with his key accomplices, Neetu, alias Nasreen, and her husband, Naveen, alias Jamaluddin, Changur Baba was taken into custody following months of surveillance and financial tracking. Their arrest marks a significant breakthrough in dismantling a radical network that exploited emotional manipulation, foreign funding, and legal loopholes to wage a quiet war against Bharat’s cultural and civilizational foundation.

Following the arrest, the administration swiftly moved to demolish assets linked to the syndicate, beginning with a lavish, illegally constructed bungalow in Utraula, built by Neetu on encroached government land. Armed with court orders and supported by a heavy police force, officials deployed four bulldozers to raze the mansion to the ground, sending a loud and clear message that illegal occupation and jihadist agendas will not be tolerated. Intelligence sources have confirmed that the syndicate used such properties not just for residence but also as operational bases to plan recruitment, financing, and conversion activities.

The investigation has now entered a critical phase, with authorities expanding their probe to other properties linked to the syndicate in Maharashtra, Delhi, and Karnataka. Multiple shell companies and charitable fronts are under scrutiny for laundering foreign funds received from Gulf countries. Officials are also seeking extended remand for Jalaluddin and his co-accused to uncover the full extent of their ideological handlers, funding channels, and links to possible international networks involved in religious destabilization efforts within Bharat.

Religious conversion mafias like that of Jalaluddin’s are spreading across Bharat like a virus, targeting Hindu girls through deceit, manipulation, and foreign-funded agendas. Strong actions under leaders like Yogi Adityanath send a strong message: Bharat will no longer tolerate jihadist conspiracies disguised as love or faith. Those who plot against our daughters, dharma, and soil will be crushed without mercy.
