A horrifying case of gang rape involving a Dalit teenager was uncovered in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut. The police registered an FIR naming three individuals and four unknown persons under the POCSO Act after confirming the gang rape of the Scheduled Castes (SC) victim. Based on the reports from Dainik Bhaskar, this incident, involving a Class 11th student, led to rising tensions in the area, as all the accused were identified as members of the Islamic community. Several Hindu organizations staged protests, demanding strict action against the perpetrators.

According to the reports from OpIndia, the victim, a Class 11th student from the SC community, was abducted by seven youths while she was outside for defecation. The perpetrators took her to a forested area in Loiya village, where they repeatedly assaulted her over a span of 48 hours. As her condition worsened, the attackers fled, leaving her in a critical state.

On August 29th, the young victim went out for defecation when she was abducted by the accused. They held her captive in the jungle for two days and nights, subjecting her to continuous gang rape until her health deteriorated. The Islamist attackers then fled, leaving the victim in a distraught state. Her family discovered her situation and rescued her from the jungle on Friday evening, bringing her home, where she recounted the horrific ordeal she endured.

In response to the incident, members of a Hindu organization staged a protest on Saturday, demanding strict action against the perpetrators and justice for the victim.

SSP Dr. Vipin Tada directed strict action against the perpetrators. On Sunday, September 1st, the police recorded the statement of the victim, who had been abducted and gang-raped by seven Islamist individuals. The victim resides in a village under the jurisdiction of the Falavada Police Station.

Recently, there has been a noticeable increase in crimes against Hindus in Uttar Pradesh. In one incident in Shamli, an Islamist named Zakir Ansari befriended a Hindu girl, raped her, and then blackmailed her to force a conversion. In another disturbing case in Bareilly, a Hindu youth and a Muslim girl were assaulted by Islamist goons after they were seen sitting together at Company Garden. These incidents highlight the growing tension and targeted radical Islamists attacks against the Hindu community in the region.
