“TCS In Big Trouble: NCW Report Flags “Pervasive Sexual Harassment”, Religious Intimidation, And Systemic Bullying At Nashik Office”, The Commune, May 12, 2026
“The National Commission for Women (NCW) has submitted a 50-page fact-finding report to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis confirming serious allegations of sexual harassment, stalking, religious intimidation, workplace bullying and POSH Act violations at the Nashik unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), intensifying pressure on the company as the Special Investigation Team (SIT) continues its probe into multiple FIRs linked to the case, as reported in The New Indian Express.
The NCW said it had taken suo motu cognisance of complaints made by several women employees at the TCS Nashik office and constituted a fact-finding committee under the direction of NCW Chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar. The committee comprised retired Bombay High Court judge Justice Sadhna Jadhav, former Haryana DGP B.K. Sinha, Supreme Court advocate Monika Arora and NCW senior coordinator Lilabati. The panel visited Nashik on April 18 and 19, where it interacted with victims, members of the POSH Internal Committee, police officials and other witnesses before preparing a report containing over 25 recommendations.
According to the report, the committee found what it described as a “deeply disturbing and toxic workplace environment” marked by “pervasive sexual harassment” and abuse of authority. The report stated that the accused had effectively taken control of the TCS Nashik office and allegedly targeted “young and vulnerable girls”, subjecting them to sexual, emotional and mental harassment. In post-poll violence by TMC goons after BJP lost the Assembly Elections in 2021, several hundreds, thousands of BJP workers were murdered, raped, and driven out of their homes. We don’t know how many people opposed to ruling parties in West Bengal were murdered, harassed, ruined, raped or forcibly converted to Islam over the decades, but there was a prominent news when in this 2021 pos-poll anarchy by Muslims and TMC supporters, two BJP workers Gouranga Mondal and Buddhu Mondal were kidnapped and forcibly converted to Islam and their wives continued to face intimidation to convert. Not only CM Mamta Didi but the police and administrative machinery which have majority Hindus more or less acted in support of these terrorist Islamists, or they kept quiet and acquiesced without a squeak. What is more shocking is the pacifist behavior of Hindus outside of West Bengal! I bet, from my personal experience, that most Hindus probably think they are ‘lucky’ they were not there! Come 2026, and election commission and central government agencies (aka Mummy-Papa) announced and made sure that there was enough security before and after poll to keep all citizens secure. And people then voted without fear to any candidate they preferred after long time, unlike in past where they bargained their votes for personal security and became either “communists” or “secular” Left/TMC supporters.
In the corporate India world, Hindus behave in strikingly similar cattle-like manner, so you see all Hindu TCS employees ( just like in other corporate offices), including Hindu managers either were on the side of these Muslim jihadis raping, harassing, converting a significant number of Hindu employees, or they have been silently acquiescing to these radical Mohammadan employees, and become “secular” and noncommittal modern corporate employees!
So, what is the next step required by Mummy-Papa in this case? In this case one parent is Central and State governments and the other parent is CEOs of these corporate entities. Unless both of them act to make the corporate offices fear-free, such Islam inspired rapes, grooming, blackmail, forcible conversion to Islam will not stop. Don’t bet on outside Hindus (influential or not) to be of any use! And who can make these CEOs effective, impartial and action-taking? The current Central and State governments. NCW actions are commendable, but without State and central governments decisive actions to make these CEOs provide a genuine secure ecosystem, Hindu employee fear would prevail.
Of course, depending on Mummy-Papa by these grown-up Hindus is infantile, and therefore the only way forward for Hindus is to not act shy of forming Hindu organizations or taking help from existing Hindu organizations. Not all social issues can be handled by law or by intervention of governments. They need to pull some courage and start acting in an organized way ASAP, but Mummy-Papa’s continuous help while trying to organize is required whether it is West Bengal, corporate offices or elsewhere.
