“Government should crackdown on those foreign-funded NGOs involved in converting Hindus, demanded Bharatiya Jansewa Sansthan in its annual function organised in New Delhi on August 13. Swami Vigyananand ji, Joint General Secretary, Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), was the chief guest and Sudhanshu Trivedi, MP (Rajya Sabha) and National Spokesperson, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), was the chief speaker in this function.
The event was organised by Manohardas Gujarati, Sudhansu Mohan Patnaik, Sameer Panda and other executive members of BJS. On the occasion Swami Vigyananand said, “When Portuguese came to Bharat, Hindu community shifted their resources, including deity and temples at other places and continued to fight against them.
This happened only because Hindu community was self-dependent. So, Hindu community must not depend on Government for resources. Being self-dependent is the only solution to tackle the foreign funded NGOs and other forces, who are eyeing on Hindu community for conversion. Not just restriction, rather completely stopping foreign-funding in NGO activities, by declaring it illegal, is better….”
