“In the first week of July this year, a horrific video from Pathardi town of Ahmednagar district had gone viral over social media in which a man could be seen harassing two minor girls on the busy streets of the main market.
OpIndia on July 12 obtained the FIR copy of the incident which revealed that the two girls were inappropriately touched and thrashed by the accused person who has been identified as Rafiq Munir Pathan.
The incident is said to have happened on July 1 in the Hanuman Takli village. Two minor girls were blocked by the accused who held one of the girl’s hands, forcefully touched her inappropriately, and publicly harassed her. He also thrashed the girls and threatened their grandfather over the phone…..”

Many Muslims do not send their daughters to school after 6th or 7th std because it is “unislamic” for grown girl to leave the home. And the boys of same families look out for Hindu girls to vent their sexual frustrations on. This is the state of this community: living 7th century arabian culture in 21st century Bharat. How do they dare to commit such violence against the women– be they Hindu or Muslim? It happened at a Muslim locality that clearly lent passive support to such crimes.
