Md Aman Hussain booked for kidnapping & raping a minor girl; he wrote his name with a hot iron rod on the girl’s face for turning down his marriage proposal: UP

Mohammad Aman Hussain kidnapped and raped a minor girl after she turned down his marriage proposal. He went on to torture the victim by imprinting his name on both the cheeks of the girl with a hot iron rod. The incident is reported from Uttar Pradesh’s (UP) Lakhimpur Kheri.

According to reports, Hussain proposed marriage to the minor girl. However, when she refused to marry him, he abducted her and took her to his house where he tied up the victim before raping her. Furthermore, he used a hot iron rod to emboss his name on the victim’s face. It has come to light that Hussain’s mother and sister were complicit in the crime.

Lakhimpur Kheri Police confirmed the incident and said that further investigations were underway based on the victim’s complaint. The Police added that they have registered an FIR against the accused. The accused has been booked under relevant sections of both the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act).
