In a dispute over the sale of a buffalo, an Islamist youth attacked a Hindu youth in Mudhol, Bagalkote district of Karnataka. It is reported that Siphon assaulted the Hindu youth when he asked for the remaining payment for the buffalo he had sold. Upon learning of the incident, Hindu organizations staged a protest on May 26th, expressing their outrage. Currently, a complaint has been filed at the Mudhol police station regarding the incident. The police have already arrested three suspects and are continuing their investigation.

Islamist Siphon assaulted the Hindu youth when he asked for the remaining payment for the buffalo he had sold. Images of the brutal attack went viral on social media, showing the victim with multiple cuts on his body. The victim was hospitalized following the assault. The brutal attack by the Islamist has been condemned by Hindu organizations, leading to protests that prompted police authorities to take action.

Several instances of assaults against Hindus by Islamists have been reported from Karnataka in past few days and crimes against Hindus continue to occur in the state. Hindu organizations are criticizing the government for this perceived bias. Hindu organizations are continuously supporting Hindu victims in such cases and protesting against the perpetrators and the government for failing to take proper action.
