In a horrific ordeal, an Islamist mob including Mohammad Faizal, Shakil, Yunus, Rafiq, and others brutally attacked Sudhanshu Mishra and his family, seemingly without reason, aiming to create chaos and instill fear within the Hindu community. Based on statements from the victim’s family, this was a pre-planned attack.
According to the Hindu family involved, the incident began with a confrontation over a bike-related issue. Faizal reportedly abused the family, saying, “We will abduct all daughters of Brahmins.” In response, Sudhanshu Mishra warned Faizal not to repeat such words, as it could lead to serious consequences.
Sudhanshu Mishra’s brother recounted the horrific attack by Islamists, stating, “My brother was riding a bike, and by mistake, his bike touched one of the Islamists standing on the road. They started scolding him with bad words. We were three people, and when we went home to complain about this incident, they came in groups of more than 100–150 people. It seems like a pre-planned attack. They abused us.” He demanded strict action against the Islamist perpetrators for the brutal attack and assault.
In broad daylight, Faizal, accompanied by an Islamist mob, attacked the Mishra family. The victim family reported that gunshots were fired into the air by the attackers. Despite the violence, the Hindu family managed to escape. The injured members of the Mishra family were taken to the hospital for treatment. The police have since launched an investigation into the incident.
The incident highlights the growing concern over Islamist radical ideology and terrorism that has been shaking the Hindu community. For minor issues, these mobs come in large groups and attack innocent people, which is highly condemnable. Recently, in Karnataka, police arrested eight individuals for engaging in Sharia policing. Similarly, in Maharashtra, a Hindu boy protected a Muslim girl from an Islamist mob enforcing Sharia law. There are several instances where Islamist mobs have created havoc among the Hindu community through their ferocious acts of terrorism, which is alarming for society.
