Hindu teenager Radhika Baraiya was murdered in Gujarat by an Islamist mob a month ago. She was just 16. The minor girl had bravely intervened to save her uncle from a mob attack and suffered grievous injuries as a result, succumbing later in hospital.
While the name of Junaid Khan, a madrasa student who died after he and his brother got into a fight over a train seat, was seared into the nation’s consciousness, Radhika’s name is barely known. Her case has been swept under the carpet by MSM and no major outlet, as far as we know, bothered to visit her village and talk to her family. There is only one grainy image of Radhika available on the internet. This is how little Hindu lives matter to our nation’s Anglicized elites.
On February 9, one Arif Allahrakhkha got into an argument with Lashkarbhai Baraiya, who is a former Sarpanch of Varal village in Bhavnagar district, over an ongoing dispute regarding the installation of a mobile tower in the area.
Arif Allahrakhkha and his accomplices attacked Lashkarbhai with a sharp weapon. Lashkarbhai’s niece Radhika tried to intervene to save her uncle and was also attacked by Allahrakhkha. The child was badly injured and taken to a hospital, but succumbed to the injuries. It is reported that others too suffered severe injuries during this attack and they are undergoing treatment in hospital.
A wave of anger swept through the village and entire area. Radhika’s funeral had to be carried out amid police security. On February 10, Bhavnagar Police arrested 6 men – Arif Allahrakhkha, Ashraf, Armaan, Irfan, Amin and Adil – for Radhika’s murder.

It is said that Radhika was actually the daughter of Lashkarbhai, whose younger brother Jagdish Baraiya had adopted her as he did not have any children.
Horrified at the barbaric killing of a minor girl over a petty issue, villagers decided to economically boycott the murderers’ families and demanded death penalty for the 6 accused. But seeing how our judiciary has not allowed even the Godhra carnage convicts to be hung as yet, there is zero probability of these men facing such justice.
