A horrific incident has come to light where a Hindu woman was abducted, tortured, and stabbed by Islamist individuals allegedly due to her son’s marriage to a Muslim girl. The victim, who was abducted by four Islamist youths, endured three days of physical torture in Jabalpur before managing to escape.
According to the victim’s account, she was subjected to brutal physical assault, including stabbing, by her captors. Despite her escape, she now faces renewed threats of murder and rape directed towards her and her daughter by the same assailants. The incident unfolded following her son’s recent marriage to a Muslim girl, which apparently enraged the Islamist family.
Amar Ujala reported that the victim, who has been living separately from her son for the past 15 years, finds herself at the center of a harrowing ordeal fueled by religious animosity. Shockingly, despite the gravity of the situation, local authorities have been criticized for their alleged inaction, with claims that no case has been registered against the Islamist culprits.
Following the assault by Islamists, the victim sought assistance from Hindu activists and Bajrang Dal, prompting them to intervene and compel the police to promptly take necessary action against the perpetrators. Bajrang Dal activists have asserted that the police refrained from registering a case against the perpetrators. Nonetheless, senior police authorities have pledged to take decisive action against those responsible for the heinous act.
In recent cases of “love jihad,” Hindu girls have endured forced conversions and other forms of coercion. However, even when Muslim girls choose to marry Hindu boys, extremists continue to target Hindus, perpetuating a cycle of violence driven by jihadist ideology. These incidents underscore the urgent need to address radical Islamist agendas and safeguard the rights and safety of individuals from Hindu community. Hindu organizations like Bajrang Dal have been always actively involved in advocating for justice and protection in cases involving attacks on Hindu individuals or communities.
