The Bhopal rape case has torn away the veil of silence and once again exposed the brutal face of predatory Islamism targeting Hindu girls in Bharat. As per Naidunia, a local court in Bhopal has formally framed charges against Islamist Farhan Khan, the main accused, and his associates, Sahil Khan, Ali Ahmad, Nabeel, Abrar, and Saad alias Shamsuddin, for committing a series of horrific crimes. These included gang rape, physical assault, blackmail through obscene videos, and pressure to forcibly convert the victims.
Charges under BNS and Freedom of Religion Act
The Bhopal District Court framed charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) sections 61(2), 64, 115(2), 35(2), 66(E), and 296, alongside provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 2021 (Sections 3/5). These charges clearly indicate the gravity of the crimes, which go beyond individual assault and extend to planned religious coercion and psychological terror against innocent Hindus.
The next hearing is scheduled for September 1, when the Additional Public Prosecutor will present the trial program, followed by witness testimonies.
Multiple FIRs across four police stations
This case is not limited to a single incident. The first FIR was filed on April 12 at the Bag Sewania police station, after which more victims came forward. Cases were registered in Ashoka Garden, Aishbagh, and Jahangirabad police stations, exposing the widespread and organized nature of this criminal network. The sheer number of victims indicates that this was not an isolated crime but part of a larger conspiracy targeting vulnerable Hindu college girls.
The silent pattern: grooming, blackmail, and conversion pressure
The modus operandi is clear and chilling: befriend young Hindu college girls, sexually exploit them, record obscene videos, and then use those videos to blackmail them into silence or force them into religious conversion. This is nothing short of sexual jihad, a direct assault on Hindu society under the guise of personal relationships.
The Bhopal case is not an isolated crime but part of a larger, sinister network of grooming, blackmail, and coercion, the very same tactics seen in the Maulana Jalaluddin conversion racket, where Hindu girls were systematically trapped, exploited, and forced into religious conversion under an organized agenda. These incidents reveal a broader design to target Hindu daughters and weaken Hindu society from within. Hindus must awaken to this harsh reality, recognize these deliberate assaults for what they are, and stand united to protect their women, culture, and Dharma against such calculated conspiracies.
