A maulvi and 9 others have been arrested for trying to illegally convert a Hindu girl (18) to Islam and carry out her nikah with one Ahmed Ansari. This latest incident of grooming jihad has been reported from Fatehpur district of UP.
The girl had gone missing around 8 months ago from Fatehpur Sadar Kotwali area, and her mother had filed a missing person report.
As per Hindi daily Amar Ujala, the girl managed to inform her mother that she was going to be converted and married to Ansari on Thursday evening in Satonpeet village. The mother rushed to the the spot to rescue her daughter. There, Ansari and his family abused, molested and assaulted the mother.
Police arrived at the spot and booked 10 people – Maulvi Lallu, Ahmed Ansari, Ansari’s mother Sahroon Nisha, his brothers Naushad Ali & Dilshad Ali, sisters-in-law Soni Bano & Yasmeen, sister BAdki, Tahkan Nisha, Bhola Masood – for kidnapping, assault, molestation, UP Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, abusing and rioting.
Ahmed Ansari and Maulvi Lallu were arrested and are being interrogated by police.
As per PTI, Deputy Superintendent of Police (CO) Dineshchandra Mishra said about eight months ago (when the girl was possibly a minor), one Ahmed Ansari, a resident of Asothar police station, had lured the woman from the Hariharganj area of Fatehpur Sadar Kotwali and had taken her away with him. Her mother had filed a missing report in this connection, he said.
How English-language media plays down such abhorrent crimes
Such grooming cases, colloquially known as ‘love jihad’, or cases of stalking/assault/murder/sexual violence against Hindu girls by Islamists are surfacing on a daily basis from various parts of the country. These are clear signs of Pakistanization/Talibanization of Indian Muslim society, and we are now witnessing the sort of brazen abduction and forced conversion of Hindu girls as is routine in Sindh.
For eg., on November 4, Shahid Ansari, his brother Arbaz Ansari and four others barged into a Hindu house in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand and took away a 16-year-old girl for forced conversion-nikah and also looted cash & jewelry worth over INR 3.5 lakhs. The minor was recovered 11 days later from Bengaluru.
The girl’s mother said that Shahid Ansari’s family had earlier threatened her saying, “If your family wishes to live in peace in this village, you will have to accept our demand and marry your daughter with our son. Else, we will take your daughter from your home”. And they went on to do exactly that.
Yet, let’s see how this latest case from Fatehpur was reported by Bharat’s leading English-language news agency PTI.
1.) PTI does not give the age of the girl, 18. They label the teenager a ‘woman’, thereby obfuscating the fact that when she was taken away by Ansari 8 months ago, she would likely have been a minor.
2.) PTI quotes DSP Dineshchandra Mishra as saying that the mother reached the spot (where illegal conversion and marriage of her daughter was being carried out) and ‘created a ruckus’. But if we listen to the audio statement given in Hindi by the DSP, he says “maa ki shikayat par” (on the complaint of the mother). The phrase “creating a ruckus” has a negative connotation. This hapless mother reached the spot to rescue her daughter, and was in turn assaulted, abused and molested by Ansari and his entire family, including women. But instead of empathizing with the mother’s plight, PTI says she ‘created a ruckus’. This is nothing but subtle delegitimization of a Hindu victim.
3.) PTI does not name the 8 other people booked in this case, apart from Ansari and the Maulvi. As Amar Ujala has reported, Ahmed Ansari’s mother, brothers, sisters-in-law, sister were all involved in this illegal conversion and marriage. By not mentioning that these 8 accused are Ansari’s family members, PTI plants a doubt in the mind of readers as to their identity: as earlier their report mentions that the girl’s mother “created a ruckus”, could it be that she took along persons who resorted to abuse and rioting?
Of course, propaganda outlets like the Hyderabad-based Muslim publicaton The Siasat Daily, then take PTI’s work a step forward, republishing the PTI report with the headline UP: Two men arrested for ‘forcing’ woman to convert to Islam. The word ‘forcing’ is put in scare quotes, implying that the outlet is not convinced that any forceful or illegal conversion took place.
Conclusion
It is clear by now that there are two Indias. One is Bharat, which consists of people who value and revere Dharma; they believe in the idea of mutual respect shared by all Dharmic sampradayas (communities) and panths (paths). They are not perfect and err like all humans do, but have an innate understanding and respect for our ancient civilizational ethos. On the other side, we have an India populated by a mix of an Anglicized, denationalized left-liberal class, feudalists/regionalists loyal to dynastic parties, and Abrahamic extremists who just want to convert everyone to their respective ‘One True God’.
Vast sections of our English-speaking elites exhbit paternalism at best and chilling contempt at worst towards ordinary Hindus. This is reminiscent of the British colonizers, who set out to create such a class of people – “Indian in blood and colour, but English in taste, in opinions, in morals, and in intellect.”
The contours of the battle between these two Indias are now coming sharply into view. This is a battle that Bharat must win at all costs – the very existence of Hindus and other Dharmics in this land depends on it.
“The Hindu girl had gone missing 8 months back, and mother had filed a missing person report.”
My question is this: the number of young girls that simply go “missing” is very very high all across India. Now, I am not saying that all of them are in the clutches of Muslims, but I think a significant percent are. This is an iceberg whose tip has not yet even been seen. If we investigate this type of crime, I feel we will be stunned by the numbers.
I have it from reliable sources that close to 500 girls that go missing from a certain part of a state each year (I won’t mention which one) are being kidnapped by Muslim gangs. In West Bengal, you can look up police records for missing girls: it is over 20,000 per year. How many of those are Hindu girls taken by Muslim men?
I urge social workers to investigate this issue. The findings may be terrifying.
