Bulldozer action on love jihad, rape, and molestation accused Mohsin Khan; two illegal houses demolished by the administration: Indore, MP

In a decisive enforcement move, the administration has razed two ancestral properties belonging to Islamist Mohsin Khan, the man accused of harassment, rape, POCSO violations, and illegal Love-Jihad tactics. The demolition took place under the aegis of the zero-tolerance regime being enforced by the state government.

According to Jagran, Mohsin-Khan’s two family homes within the Mahu-gaon Municipal Council area were found to be constructed illegally in violation of municipal and planning norms. Acting on formal complaints, the Municipal Council, led by SDM Rakesh Parmar, Tehsildar Vivek Soni, CMO Chandrashekhar Sonis, and police officials, undertook the demolition operation.

The impetus for the action stemmed from allegations that Mohsin Khan had used his base not merely for criminal acts of sexual exploitation but also for coercive religious conversion of Hindu girls as part of an Islamic Love-Jihad network. Among the claims: that the accused Islamist used his academy and residences to lure Hindu girls, groom them, record compromised videos, force conversion, and then blackmail the victims.

The demolition of the illegal structures sends a firm message: the state will dismantle not only the criminal acts but also the infrastructure that enables them. Officials pointed to the fact that the buildings were built on or adjacent to a drainage channel, a further violation that justified swift action.

SDM Parmar publicly stated that the action was in keeping with the government’s zero tolerance policy, a mandate to crack down both on illegal construction and on individuals with criminal proclivities, especially those who prey on vulnerable girls and young women.

The demolition follows an escalating series of criminal complaints against Mohsin Khan. Among the key allegations: that he sexually abused trainees at his shooting academy in Indore, including Hindu minors, recorded explicit videos of such acts, and then resorted to threats and inducements to cover them up. Further, victims allege that he removed sacred Hindu threads (kalawa) from trainees, forbade them from chanting Jai Shri Ram, and coerced them into eating beef as part of efforts to sway them away from their faith.

The demolition of his two homes, reputedly used as part of his illegal network of coercion and control, is being hailed by Hindu activist groups as a long-overdue blow to the coercive Love-Jihad apparatus. The hope among these groups is that law enforcement will now dismantle the entire network of sexual exploitation, financial fraud, and religious coercion.

In the wake of the demolition, the municipality has warned that any further illegal additions or structures associated with the accused will be swiftly dealt with and that monitoring of his assets and properties will continue. The authorities have also asked local bodies to ensure that residences of individuals under serious criminal investigation do not continue to operate as hubs of exploitation under cover of legality.

This case underscores how illegal construction can serve as a hub for broader criminal activity by the Islamists and how enforcement must move beyond just filing FIRs to include seizure and demolition of assets that enable crime. If the state’s actions remain consistent, many believe this could become a model for tackling intertwined offenses of sexual predation, religious coercion, and property fraud.
