Mohd Ayan befriended & trapped a Hindu woman and tortured her when she refused to transfer her flat in his name: Guna, MP

Officials demolished a house in Madhya Pradesh’s Guna that was illegally built by Mohammad Ayan Pathan accused of torturing a Hindu woman for a month. Pathan reportedly held the woman, who was his neighbour, hostage and tortured her. They were in a relationship earlier, according to the police.

Ayan, who worked as a labourer, wanted the woman’s property, which was in her mother’s name. When she refused, he beat her, put chilli powder in her eyes and mouth, and even sealed her mouth with adhesive. He also physically abused her with the help of his relatives. He is also accused of raping the victim.

The woman was admitted to the hospital with severe injuries, where she filed a complaint. The accused was arrested afterwards based on her complaint. Officials discovered that Ayan’s house was built on government land using fake documents, so they demolished it.
