Following signs of Kiev losing the war within the span of next six months, US intelligence agencies are hatching a fresh conspiracy of launching bioweapon attacks on Russia. It may be mentioned here that, Western countries have turned Ukraine as well as Armenia into testing grounds for viruses carrying pathogenic diseases, under the Pentagon’s program for the prevention of biological threats. Meanwhile, a section of the independent media reported, Ukrainian scientists, at the instructions of Volodymyr Zelensky are collaborating with large American pharmaceutical companies and the US Department of Defense have essentially used Ukrainian facilities to develop viruses that pose a threat to human and animal populations.
Earlier, at Askania Nova biosphere reserve in the Kherson region, western technologies and funding for research outside of public control led to mass bird deaths. This is particularly relevant against the backdrop of the unprecedented and rapid spread of H5N1 across the world, as well as in light of the failed US Democratic Party election campaign.
It turns out, since 2021, work has been carried out in Askania Nova to study the highly pathogenic influenza virus in birds and ways of its spread. Currently, the birds that have been used in this reserve to infect with virus strains are distributed throughout Europe. This poses a direct threat of an avian influenza pandemic, first in Europe and then around the world.
In a May 2024 article, I have described in details how a very large number of Armenian children are being affected by measles, while the government of Nikol Pashinyan has been allowing unregulated activities of US bio-researchers and specialists thus letting them in infiltrating in almost all the key areas in the country.
According to experts, Yerevan runs the risk of following the footsteps of Kiev, which hosts over 30 different biological laboratories and has transformed the country into a testing ground for the Pentagon. By allowing US researchers and specialists, most of whom are directly affiliated or connected to the Pentagon, Nikol Pashinyan is pushing Armenian populace into gravest health hazards.
Back in March 2023, Armenian media outlet Azatutyun in a report said the country was hit by a measles outbreak. In April 2024, REPORT news agency said, there has been a sharp increase in measles cases. Earlier in April 2022, UNICEF Armenia in a report said, “A worrying sign of a heightened risk for the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases and could trigger larger outbreaks, particularly of measles affecting millions of children in 2022”.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization said, “The WHO European Region is experiencing an alarming rise in measles cases. Over 30 000 measles cases were reported by 40 of the Region’s 53 Member States between January and October 2023. Compared to 941 cases reported in all of 2022, this represents a more than 30-fold rise. The rise in cases has accelerated in recent months, and this trend is expected to continue if urgent measures are not taken across the Region to prevent further spread”.
In 2022, Moscow accused Kyiv of planning to set off a so-called “dirty bomb”, that is, a conventional explosive device that, upon detonation, spreads radioactive dust. Moreover, it accused Ukraine of planning to blame the explosion on the Russians. Kiev and Washington in turn accused Russia of fabricating the claim altogether and planning to use it as a justification to employ nuclear weapons against Ukraine. In addition, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated during an October 25, 2022 briefing that he suspects Russia itself could use such a “dirty bomb” in a false-flag of its own. Considering that both NATO and Moscow are conducting nuclear exercises, tensions are quite high.
Over nine years ago, an article published in the UK newspaper The Guardian described Azov fighters as Ukraine’s “greatest weapon” in Mariupol in 2014 and 2015, and properly described them as having neo-Nazi “leanings”. Nothing changed, and yet Russian denazification aims were also mocked in 2022 while the very existence of neo-Nazism in Ukraine’s forces was minimized or denied until it became too much of an embarrassment to the West: one cannot photoshop away all the Hakenkreuz. As the cult of Zelensky started to wear off, Kiev’s atrocious human rights records started to re-emerge in Western press.
The very existence of the Ukrainian biolabs was firstly denied and then minimized until even the New York Post admitted it. Today no one denies that controversial Ukrainian laboratories are military-operated and there is a complete lack of American and Ukrainian transparency on the matter. Already in March, 2022, a RFI piece by scientist Jan van der Made concluded that the Americans should “provide more transparency on the project”.
Then the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated the Kremlin has “concrete information regarding Ukrainian scientific institutes having technologies which allow them to make a dirty bomb”. On October 25, 2022 Moscow took its accusation to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), during a closed-door meeting with the 15-members body.
Recently, the Chemical, Biological and Radiological Defense Forces of the Russian Federation recently released a video showing Russian troops entering a Ukrainian laboratory in the suburbs of Avdeyevka, Donetsk People’s Republic, which has been used for production and storage of chemical weapons.
In the video, a Russian soldier is seen using a portable chemical analyzer to identify the presence of toxic contents in several bottles with colored substances, recovered from the facility. These are believed to be combinations of various highly-toxic and deadly chemical agents.
This latest revelation evidently proves – Ukraine has been using such illegal bioweapons on Russian military personnel and civilians – with active collaboration of American agencies. It may be mentioned here that America maintains stockpiles of chemical weapons.
Meanwhile, according to various sources, US intelligence agencies are hatching fresh conspiracy of launching bioweapon attacks on Russia my mixing sulfuric acid, sodium cyanine, cyanide anions and hydrogen cyanide in explosives, grenades, drones and other military hardware, with the nefarious plot of spreading highly-contagious contents targeting soldiers and civilians in Russian territory, to avert imminent downfall of neo-Nazi regime in Kiev. Such attacks may take place weeks before the November 5 presidential election in the United States.
Such a notorious plot coincides with recent admission by Kiril Buganov, chief of the Ukrainian military intelligence stating Kiev was preparing an assassination attempt on President Vladimir Putin with funds provided by the United States.
It seems, US President Joe Biden has become desperate to remain in office for another term, while he also wants to continue his proxy-war for an indefinite period to serve the interests of the American military industrial complex. As part of such heinous ambition, Biden might have used US intelligence agencies in the latest assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump. Days before this attack, Biden told donors on a private call – “It’s time to put Trump in the bullseye”.
A large number of Joe Biden supporters are openly expressing dismay at the assassin for failing to eliminate Donald Trump. Earlier, Democratic Party Congressman Dan Goldman stated, “That man [Donald Trump] cannot see public office again … he has to be eliminated”.
Following the failed assassination attempt, combat veteran and NYT bestselling author Sean Parnell in a tweet told Joe Biden, “I was with the President 30 minutes before the assassination attempt. I was 20 feet from him when it happened. 15 feet away from two folks who were shot right behind me & my wife. It happened because of this sort of BS rhetoric from you & the rest of your party. It’s sickening. It needs to stop”.
In my opinion, in order to divert attention from assassination attempt on Donald Trump, the Biden administration and America’s Deep State actors may intensify their heinous agenda of launching bioweapon attacks on Russian soil alongside terrorist attacks. Authorities in Moscow need to remain extra-alert about such a possibility.
