What that translates for you — an average citizen, is that there are expanding powers across both your sides and your country/region is to be crushed sooner or later, depending on when these powers decide to expand unilaterally or fight each other to establish their access and control over your region.

Finally, when that moment arrives, after bloodbath, trauma, and the inevitable pain of multiple partitions, you are trifurcated (actually more than three parts; but that is not relevant here). Your people remain scattered in different volumes of minorities, in two – now hostile — out of the three regions. You manage to retain a majority in the third…..”
