The US and the West’s hypocrisy with issues pertaining  to the global south and Bharat  in particular were again evident  when the US along with UK chose to side with Trudeau in the terrorist  Nigger case inspite of Bharat’s  strong assertion  that Canada had provided no credible evidence  of the involvement of it’s high commissioner whom  Canada termed  as ” person of interest, ” in Nigger’s killing. 

Trudeau  has since retracted from his statement  and accepted that their was no concrete  evidence provided  to Bharat.  Th after Bharat expelled Canada ‘s acting High Commissioner along with  other diplomats. 

The US which has raised many Frankenstein  monsters like Osama Bin laden around the world  issued a look out notice and pressed charges against former government official Vikas Yadav for a murder- for- hire plot on khalistani designated terrorist Pannun who has taken refuge in the US & Canada and is openly indulging in anti Bharat activities the latest  being  his open threat to bomb Air India flights and warning people  not to board these flights in the first fortnight of November. 

When the US Ambassador was asked about the threats issued by Gurpatwant Singh Pannun from US soil Garcetti said “US takes real threats seriously,” meaning thereby that Pannun threat is not serious in the US eyes but the FBI’s look out notice and pressing charges against  Yadav is serious .That sums up the hegemony and hypocrisy of the US and it’s western  allies. 

The US and it’s allies have become self proclaimed global powers who decide on the seriousness of terrorist threats emanating from their soil by wanted and designated terrorists in Bharat. 

And when that terrorist threat turned into a dark  reality like the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks killing so many innocents , the US did not agree to the extradition of David Coleman Headley and has kept it in abeyance since 2010 inspite of multiple extradition requests by the NIA.

 The double standards of the US & it’s  allies inspite of the outer bonhomie have been all too evident be it in the abrogation of article 370 , the citizens amendment act(CAA).  The western powers and the European Union termed it as “democratic downsliding,” of Bharat. 

To put the record straight the US and it’s  allies like Canada and UK to name a few cannot be trusted or relied upon in any circumstances as they have never lost an opportunity to tarnish the Bharatiya  democracy and it’s edifice by building and propogating a false narrative and by pursuing a dual policy on global terrorism.
