The suborning of the US Presidential election by the “deep state” in 2020, and efforts to subvert the 2024 election by disqualifying Donald Trump from holding office again, shows how easily democracies can be hijacked by entrenched vested interests that have captured critical organs of the State. The outcome of America’s domestic struggle will impact the war (and peace) in Ukraine, the fate of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and the European Union. Also at stake is the “swamp” that Trump failed to drain during his tenure in the White House.

The Durham Report (May 2023) has vindicated former President Donald Trump’s claims that the 2020 election was “stolen” by tampering with the electoral process at various levels and hounding him with false allegations of collusion with Russia, even as the FBI colluded with malfeasance in the campaigns of Hillary Clinton (2016) and Joe Biden (2020).

Official complicity in denying the veracity of the Hunter Biden laptop favoured the Democratic candidate; the Mueller probe and Mar-a-Lago raid affected the 2018 and 2022 Congress elections, respectively. The January 6, 2021 “insurrection” in the Capitol building included FBI agents, and Stormy Daniels denied an alleged affair with Trump. Following these exposés, YouTube in June 2023 reversed its ban on discussions of alleged irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.

January 6, 2021

After stiff resistance, FBI Director Christopher Wray appeared before the House Judiciary Committee on July 13, 2023 and inadvertently confirmed that President Joe Biden is under criminal investigation for Ukrainian bribes by the US Attorney in Delaware (he later tried to retract his testimony).

Fox News accused former US Marine Ray Epps, who was filmed encouraging people to enter the Capitol building, but was neither arrested not charged with the crime, of being a federal agent and brain behind the January 6 events. J6 Committee member Adam Kinzinger confirmed that federal assets were embedded in all right-wing events to agitate for violence. The FBI concealed over 40,000 hours of surveillance footage of the January 6 “insurrection” that would have exposed the presence of FBI /CIA agitators within the crowd; serious police misconduct; and the fact that many witnesses lied under oath in the two-year investigation / Committee hearings.

According to a leaked video clip suppressed by Fox News, former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund told Tucker Carlson that January 6th was a “cover up.” Explaining, Sund said, “when you look at the information and intelligence they had, the military had, it’s all watered down. I’m not getting intelligence, I’m denied any support from National Guard in advance. I’m denied National Guard while we’re under attack, for 71 minutes.”

Observers conclude that J6 was a staged riot so the “deep state” could force the States to certify the stolen election. The conveniently-timed COVID pandemic paved the way for mass mail-in voting, with all the accompanying lacunas. Many question the official narrative around the lab-leak and the bat coronavirus research funded by Anthony Fauci with public funds; that Hunter Biden helped secure funds for a US biolab in Ukraine aggravates suspicion.

Voter fraud

US presidential elections have been disputed before, but ultimately accepted in the interests of national unity. In 2020, however, Donald Trump and his supporters alleged widespread electoral malpractices (many proved subsequently); they remain unreconciled to the “stolen” election in the run-up to the 2024 election.

In June 2023, a whistle-blower claimed that in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten began an assessment which was used by an FBI Headquarters’ team to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop as disinformation and scuttle investigation into its contents. This was despite the fact that some allegations had already been verified and others could have been confirmed, a clear attempt to influence the outcome of the 2020 election.

The Gateway Pundit reported (June 2023) that whistle-blowers had come forward in December 2020, soon after the election. One of them witnessed the shipping of around 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21. At a press conference, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization, said that they have sworn declarations affirming that over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. Their evidence shows multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.

The statements hint at hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania. Attorney Phil Kline said, “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots” were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA, where the ballots and the trailer ferrying them disappeared. Truck driver Jesse Morgan, who spoke at the press conference, was recruited to deliver completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York State. He said that he saw 24 gaylords (large cardboard containers of ballots) loaded into his trailer, with plastic trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. “They were complete ballots.” Jesse’s testimony showed that US Post Office employees were complicit in the conspiracy to steal the votes.

Instead of investigating this massive alleged crime, US Attorney General Bill Barr called up investigator Tony Shaffer and KILLED the investigation! (The Gateway Pundit, June 5, 2023) The US Postal Service investigated allegations by many truck drivers, but released their report only in June 2023, vindicating the drivers.

Then, in June 2023, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page report of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, which showed that the Dominion Voting Machines can be hacked, votes can be changed, elections can be altered (The Gateway Pundit, Jun. 15, 2023). However, Raffensperger refused to install Dominion’s security patches before the 2024 election.

Further, millions of invalid voter registrations were uncovered by a peer reviewed study from the Journal of Information Warfare, in the New York database. Pennsylvania settled a federal election integrity lawsuit and removed over 178,000 ineligible voter registrations. Arizona still has 9,000 uncounted ballots. The truth is slowly unravelling across the States.

Across America, many question if Joe Biden actually secured 81 million legitimate votes. There are inexplicable oddities like Pennsylvania, where on election night (November 3, 2020), Trump was leading by 600,000 votes, but by 5 a.m., Biden magically gained around 691,000 votes (overall tally: Biden 3,458,229; Trump 3,377,674).

Trump loyalists conclude that the Democrats, in collusion with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and mainstream media allies, hyped up COVID deaths in America to create mass fear of proximity during voting. This enabled them to take advantage of mail-in voting, especially in swing States, and “steal” the election. Some believe the Deep States manipulated the release of the virus for this purpose; once the public accepted mass mail-in voting, they used the excess ballots and fake registrations to commit voter fraud in all the swing States by ballot dumping at 3a.m. once they knew how many ballots they needed to win.

With intelligence agencies and Big Tech on their side, they easily censored anyone who talked about the Hunter Biden laptop or election discrepancies. All inconvenient information or opinion was banned from the Internet. A perfect crime of psychological manipulation that went awry because too many people refused to buy-in.

Durham Report

Soon after special prosecutor John Durham submitted his report on the Trump campaign, the FBI closed four criminal investigations into the Clintons (former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton). This prompted House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) to announce that the committee is going to take a “good, hard look” at individuals highlighted in the Durham report; he hinted at reopening the probe into the Clintons (Fox News (May 21, 2023).

The FBI in 2014 investigated credible claims that an unnamed foreign government planned to contribute to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, to leverage her possible victory. The field unit sought a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant, but kept it “in limbo” for four months because, “there was a chance she would be the next President.”

Durham found that in January 2016, FBI field offices in Washington, DC; Little Rock, Arkansas; and New York City, New York, opened investigations into “possibly criminal activity involving the Clinton Foundation”.

The Little Rock Field Office case concerned an intelligence and financial report that large monetary contributions were made to a non-profit under direct and indirect control of a certain federal official, “in exchange for favourable government action and /or influence.” In the Washington Field Office, the Case Agent sought additional information to corroborate allegations in a recently-published book, Clinton Cash, by Peter Schweizer, before making it a full investigation. The Little Rock and New York probes included foreign governments that had made, or offered to make, contributions to the Clinton Foundation in return for preferential treatment from Clinton.

The FBI, the Durham report observed, had different standards in investigating former President Donald Trump and the Clintons. In fact, the probe into Donald Trump (Crossfire Hurricane) should have never been launched, given the paucity of real evidence. Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz noted that, “The Clintons had a team of people at the FBI running interference for them to avoid criminal culpability” (The Daily Mail). Former Rep. Jason Chaffetz stated that the FBI’s investigations into the Clintons “were shut down by the higher-ups who had an obvious political desire to see Donald Trump lose and Hillary Clinton win.”

Within hours of the release of the Durham report, the FBI admitted to “missteps” in its investigation of alleged Trump–Russia ties.

On January 19, 2021, a day before he left office, President Trump declassified the “Crossfire Hurricane” documents that show then President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, the CIA, FBI and Department of Justice spied on him.

Hillary Clinton

After the Durham report was submitted, a US tax judge reopened a whistle-blowers case against the Clinton Foundation, in June 2023. The judge granted an extension to whistle-blowers John Moynihan, a former federal agent, and Larry Doyle, a corporate tax compliance expert. The IRS was directed to respond by July 28.

The Durham report noted that the FBI had intelligence that Hillary Clinton’s campaign had approved “a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisors to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services,” and specifically “tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee” to distract the public from her email scandals. President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and FBI Director James Comey were personally briefed on the “Clinton Plan” by CIA Director John Brennan, who recorded this in his handwritten notes.

The FBI came upon the “Clinton Plan” while it was relying on the “Steele Dossier,” a concocted report of lurid allegations about Trump’s personal life, which the FBI knew was being funded by the Clinton campaign. Former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, who prepared the dossier, met with FBI agents, who knew the evidence was connected to Clinton. The alacrity with which Trump was investigated was at variance with the tardy response to credible information about Clinton’s campaign.
