“India’s top leadership moved swiftly in the wake of the Red Fort car blast that rocked the national capital on Nov. 10, 2025, killing at least twelve people and injuring several others.

The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Nov.12, 2025, formally condemned the attack, describing it as a “heinous terrorist incident perpetrated by anti-national forces.”

The Cabinet meeting began with two minutes of silence in memory of the victims. Later, a detailed Cabinet Resolution was adopted reaffirming India’s “zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism in all its forms and manifestations…….”
