They built Ram Mandir with 3000 crore, but no money for your house: TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee

Joining other leaders of the party, TMC leader and cousin of Mamata Banerjee, Abhishek Banerjee, targeted Ram Mandir in his speech. Questioning the Ram Mandir construction, Abhishek Banerjee said that while three thousand crores were spent on Ram Mandir, but not give money for building houses.

Notably, due to excessive corruption of utility of funds, the Central Government stopped allotment for the Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna(PMAY). It is also alleged that the TMC-ruled Mamata Banerjee govt misused power and has not given houses to those not associated with the TMC.

But, like other TMC leaders, Abhishek Banerjee targeted the Ram Mandir. Earlier, TMC leader Sayani Ghosh posted a picture of Shivling with a condom. Despite massive outrage, she had not apologised yet.

Today, Abhishek Banerjee was addressing a rally in Maynaguri of Jalpaiguri district. There, he raised several issues against the Central Government. He alleged that the Modi-led BJP Govt is not giving money to West Bengal for several projects. He named the MNREGS project, PMAY project and so on.

However, Abhishek Banerjee failed to mention that TMC-led Govt has completely sunk due to excessive corruption. Due to that reason, the Central Government was not providing funds.
